I really dig white choclate and caramel together so I decided to use both in a custard recipe. This is very "holiday season-like" for me so I've been using this one a lot lately.
I used my original White Chocolate Overdose Custard base of FA Custard Premium, INW Custard, FLV White Chocolate, FW White Chocolate and WF White Chocolate Milky Cream.
For the caramel I went with VSO Caramel Raw and TFA Caramel Original. It makes a very nice, dark and rich caramel that blends well with the custard base.
That's pretty much it aside from some FLV Sweetness.
There's a lot going on in this recipe but it's mostly because there's no one flavor solution for white chocolate or caramel unfortunately. I love the results though.
