Whipped Cream Bikini

I think everyone that is familiar with my recipes knows how much I like whipped cream flavors. I think they are one of the best addon and utility flavors out there. They go good in almost any cream, dessert, bakery, cheesecake, custard, ice cream or milkshake recipe.

I had never really thought about doing a straight whipped cream recipe before. The flavors are a bit too light and don't bring the body a full blown recipe needs to have. Then I tried SSA Double Cream. I've been waiting for a good double cream flavor to come out for a long time. I even built my own as a trinity and in my Multikrem recipe. SSA Double Cream gave me what I needed to make a full blown whipped cream recipe really good.

The title is sort of a nod to ID10T and his references to whipped cream bikinis (and their taste, fresh and not so fresh) throughout his time on Noted. The reason for this is that I'm not sure I would have even given OoO Whipped Cream a try had it not been for his recommendation of that flavor. Now it's my favorite whipped cream and appears in a ton of my recipes.

A touch of sweetener is good in this as well. I usually go with 0.25% FLV Sweetness but use whatever you like best.

This can be a little harsh off the shake but given about 24 to 48 hours it mellows out very nicely.
