This recipe evolves. On one side unfortunately, but on the other: it is not developing badly!
SnV it is banana, milk malt, a lot of top-fermented beer, hops, which mixes with the fruity taste of undefinable tropical fruits. The fruit note is also light, fruity citrus, but also dark, heavy something; Palate coating (cherimoya, I guess)
The maturing process welds everything together. It's still: banana, from dry to wet puree.
Then comes this tropical fruit note. At the tail end, slightly hoppy.
This fruity body, however, also unites the beer and the creamy milkshake.
If I've used dark lager up to now, I've always noticed that you really have to enjoy beer because you can always taste it clearly. Not necessarily in this mix (after maturation).
It tastes nice and sweet and even goes well with a coffee.
please enjoy and leave a comment!
