I really dug AnAdvocateForLiberty's Strawberry Lemon Tart. The crust combo of WF Croissant and OoO Pie Crust worked great so I decided to use it here with a cranberry tart.
SSA Cranberry Jam is one of the best cranberry flavors out there and when paired with WF Boysenberry Raspberry it makes an excellent cranberry pie/tart filling. To kick the cranberry up some without adding too much bitterness I used FLV Cranberry.
I also added a small bit of CAP Double Apple to sweeten the cranberry up, round off some of the rough edges and give the jam a bit more texture.
Finally I used FLV Sweetness
AnAdvocateForLibery's tart crust works great no matter the type and really brought this one together. Definitely check out his Strawberry Lemon Tart as well.
