The inspiration for this recipe came to me as I was sitting here thinking how bad I could go for some ice cream, but there wasn’t any🫤 Sorta like a divine intervention 😁 I love vanilla ice cream, I love hazelnut, and I love caramel so…..I figured why not and rolled with it. What I ended up with is a surprisingly delicious and decadent ice cream that I haven’t been able to put down! It’s rich, it’s creamy, and has just the right amount of hazelnut and delicious caramel, just enough of everything to make you want to keep coming back for more.

Don’t be afraid of the FLV Avocado, It works some kind of magic here , used low it adds a ton of body and mouthfeel. I’m finding that it works wonders with vanilla creams in general and in this recipe I feel it also lends itself to the hazelnut as well with its inherent nuttiness.

I recommend using 1% FW sweetener as I feel it works perfectly here and with creams in general, but feel free to use your favorite sweetener at your desired percentage.

I could happily demolish this after an overnight steep but I’m impatient lol. This really starts to come together nicely after a few days and keeps getting better. 7 days is probably ideal but 5 is plenty ( for me :)

All feedback is welcomed. I hope someone enjoys this as much as I have been. Thanks for looking and happy mixing! 🙂
