WOODRUFF BOWL - Memory of my youth
This is my interpretation of a woodruff bowl. Woodruff is a plant species that mostly grows in the temperate climate of eurasian forests. It can be harvested in may and is mainly used as a medicinal plant and spice.
The taste of woodruff reminds me of my youth, when the whole family used to get together to drink a few glasses of woodruff bowl. The blossoms are steeped in wine, sparkling wine and lemonade and are flavoured with lemon. If you`re a fan of cooling, feel free to add some WS-23.
