Death By Cream

Recently, I realized I had never done just a straight cream mixture. So many mixer I know had limited themselves early on to far too many cream flavorings after their first couple concentrate orders. That of course led to creating cream only mixes. I was that way with fruits, especially citrus, early in my mixing so I never really did an "all straight creams" recipe until now. I've of course done straight ice creams but this one was my first all milky/fluffy creams recipe.

This cream monstrosity was really just for fun but the result is now a favorite of mine so I thought I'd share it.

TFA Vanilla Custard II is at the center of this. I love the vanilla note and body this flavor has. I debated calling this recipe "Vanilla Cream Custard" but thought it was a little too boring (not that that has stopped me before obviously 😂).

FLV Cream and WF Vanilla Cream Extra are the primary straight creams here and for good reason, they're about the best creams out there.

FA Vienna Cream was added because it has such a good flavor and works well with other creams. It does require a steep but this one was going to require that anyway.

FA Cheesecake Olympic was included at a low percentage to thicken everything up a bit. Cheesecake Olympic has always tasted more like a mildly tangy heavy cream to me than a cheesecake.

To sweeten things up and add some fluffy mouth feel I went with SSA Whipped Cream and FA Cream Whipped. I love both of these whipped creams and they mix well together. Plus, I feel like two whipped cream flavors are necessary to really get the flavor and feel to come across in almost any recipe.

Sweetness was add at a low percentage to kick up the sweet taste just a hair.
