I stopped into Starbucks last week, and they had this Cranberry Bliss Bar in the display case, literally calling my name... It's a cross between a scone and a cake, with a white chocolate type of icing and a million little chopped up cranberries. It also had a very apparent lemon note... It was delicious, and I shouldn't have eaten it (#WeddingBody... Sigh). So I figured I might as well try to recreate it in an attempt to stay away from the real thing. So far so good...
But then, I went to a Christmas party, and someone made these AMAZING Cranberry white chocolate shortbread cookies. They were even more delicious, and even more detrimental to my #WeddingBody goals... ☹️
So, this is kind of a combination of the bliss Bar and the cookie. I'm not 100% sure that it's complete. I'd like to build on the cookie part a bit more, but I think it's pretty good for someone who typically mixes fruits.
**Sweeten to taste. I intended on using half a percent of FW Sweetener, but overdripped and wound up with closer to 1%... That seemed to be the perfect amount for me, but YMMV.
