After my 4th time mixing Apple Deepthroat by Shyndo, I did a search for some Apple Cider recipes that I could take one of my favourite mixes and tweak it a bit and incorporate some bakery. After finding a list of actual Apple Cider recipes they had a Doughnut and I thought that it might be an interesting mix. After several iterations I am pretty happy with this.

Apple Cider - HS Apple Mix, FA Fuji, FLV Rich Cinnamon, FA Liquid Amber

Dear god this is good! i love how well the inclusion of a small amount of butter brings out an inherent greasiness (in a goodway) in the donut. One of my favorite donuts to date!
