The creamy part: (Flavorah) Sweet cream, (VTA) Fresh Milk, and (FA) Cream Fresh
The strawberry part: TFA Strawberry ripe, (Inawera) Strawberry Sisha and (RF SC) Strawberry Gelato.
A little (FA) Lime Thaity to lift the strawberries and give some depth to the mixture. The mix is delicious as is but....
You can add WS-5, WS-23 or Kolada at taste for a fresh ice cold gelato. Maybe I'll do the same in summer.
