Sorteal's Holiday Custard

I wanted to do a holiday themed custard recipe. Caramel, pumpkin spice and white chocolate are all flavors that remind me of the holiday season so I figured why not mix them all into a custard.

WF Caramel Butter is probably my favorite caramel flavor out there. It has a nice rich taste with a creamy body and it pairs so well with creams and custards.

I used my usual vanilla custard base of TFA Vanilla Custard II, CAP Vanilla Custard V1 and WF French Vanilla (Thick). It's so good I really should probably do it up as a 3,2,1 custard base.

FLV Pumpkin Spice is an amazing flavor that's also very potent. Even at just 0.25% it still comes through the mix loud and clear.

I usually add an additional vanilla cream to my custards in the form of WF Vanilla Cream Extra but this time I felt like the spices would match up better with INW Shisha Vanilla's slightly darker vanilla note.

Finally, I needed a white chocolate that wasn't going to come across as waxy/candy bar-ish and WF White Chocolate (Milky Cream) is about the only good creamy wc out there. White Chocolate and Caramel actually mix together really well as long as the WC isn't real heavy in the mix. The WF WCMC is present for sure and plays with everything very nicely but this certainly does not come across as a white chocolate custard. I'm very happy with it's place in this mix.

A touch of FLV Sweetness tops this mix off but feel free to use whatever sweetener you enjoy or leave it out entirely.
