As a kid, my grandfather would take me to Ann Arbor to watch the Wolverines play football. Every game we'd buy a bag of 4 donuts and a mini jug of warm spiced apple cider. So that is why this flavor takes the city's name.
Mess with the apple percentages to get it where you want it. HS Apple Mix cannot be subsituted(but percentage can be tweaked if you want), as it is part of the cider and the spice base.
