This recipe is a Work In Progress.

It might be amazing, but its creator doesn't think it's finished yet.

I wanted to test out two of the new Flavorah Mangos and this came out really tasty after multiple revisions on percentages. This ended up being a great combo. If you prefer your juice less sweet, leave out the Super sweet.

Tastes like a JuMex Mango Nectar drink.
Throw .25% WS-23 in it for a Mango nectar popsicle

Upon mixing this, all I can say is WOW... I wasn't sure what to expect given that most mangos aren't great to me but after a steep this surely plays out nice. The ripe and sweet mangos turn into a sticky sweet and pulpy syrup almost. This is exactly what I remember from mango drinks. It's a little sweet for my personal taste but it works out well. Good job on this one.

This recipe reminds me of the mango nectar, that I typically buy from middle eastern stores here. The balance between the ripe and the sweet mango, is very much on point and walks a fine thin line. I love it. I think it could benefit more from a less aggressive sweetener, such as FW Sweetener, but CAP Super Sweet does the job perfectly fine. It’s really down to preference. It’s the fine balance between the two mangos that really counts. I’ve enjoed this for two straight now. I’m yet to be tired of it, so that’s a giant plus! Job well done!
