Almost a good pear jelly belly. I find it a tad bit too sweet and I get too much of a fermented flavour from the pearesto which isn't to my taste. The Oba Oba does bring some smoothness. Unfortunately not reminiscent of the pear jelly bellies I remember as a child but non the less a good attempt. I will probably tinker with this and substitute some flavours and reduce the Pearesto percentage. Edit - After 3 days the fermented flavour has blended well and the sweetness has mellowed down, it's much better.
