Mind the steep on this one, people. Otherwise you will taste rice, and not just some vague starch that is supposed to represent boba. Don't worry about the way JF honeydew fades, the cantaloupe is there to hold it up. I love the melon, I love the milk, I love the tea... I wish we could do better than faded sweet rice for tapioca balls but I don't want to be too critical because offhand, I can't think of one, and this tastes great, even if it's not super accurate in balls. I think it might even be better without the attempting them this way, that might let more of the tea come through.

Really great recipe, one of my ADVs. I mixed up over 500mls of this stuff and still enjoy it. Tastes great across all my devices too. Thank you for sharing

God, yes. This needs more recognition. Definitely needed a better use for FE Sweet Rice than Mango Sticky Rice, as it didn't fit my palate very well. This, though...100% worth the wait. So indulgent. Thick, creamy, sweet, weird, and repeatedly satisfying. This is good stuff.
