I love cheesecake recipes, especially with strawberries, but every now and then I just want to enjoy a classic New York Cheesecake pure, which is why I created this recipe.Of course you can also add a fruit of your choice to this recipe. If you like cheesecake and vanilla, you will enjoy this recipe very much.
Give the mixture at least 2 weeks to ripen.
