There is an old type of ice cream called "Αρμενοβίλ". Is made mostly of frosted meringue , ice cream and almonds. Is topped with chocolate and toasted almonds. It has very chewy texture. Sometimes , these semifrosted candies are embeded to a cap of hot espresso coffee (Semifreddo al caffe) . That's my try to achieve something similar.
