A spring gift... a mellow toffee, lemon custard.

Notes: Custard (INW) is the king of custards for me personally and Butter Base (VTA) is dropped in here to relieve the slight dryness I get from the custard. Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (FW) really thickens up the mix. Sweet Cream (VTA) is the ideal cream for custards. Buttery, creamy, smooth but not too rich. Lemon Wafer, Cream Type (SSA) with it's slight sour note complements the lemon part and adds another layer of cream. Lemon Pound Cake (SSA) has the better lemon note of the two and also brings some bakery depth. Toffee (SSA) is just phenomenal! Best toffee flavour I've come across and English Toffee (VTA) blends nicely with this adding depth. Super Sweet (Cap) or some kind of sweetener is needed to really make the recipe 'POP!
