A soft warm cookie with snowy white icing for these cold days. Kind of a candy bar vibe by adding the Toffee Butter along with some cocoa from Chocolate Waffle & a little Glamour Chocolate. Shisha Vanilla has a frosting-like quality that I combined with Milky Caramel Fudge for a thick vanilla caramel icing. As always, sweeten to taste.
Cookie: Sugar Cookie, Shortbread Cookies, Toffee Butter, Chocolate Waffle (Nutella), Glamour Chocolate
