Hello...this is a recipe for a traditional Christmas dessert in Greece (I don't know in which other country they make them) and they are called Melomakarona. It is about something like biscuits, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, syruped with honey and usually grated walnuts. This is my recipe and anyone who tries it will be very happy to receive feedback. It goes without saying that every observation and advice is welcome and expected, so that the recipe becomes as good as possible... personally, I like it enough as it is. A few words about the recipe... I made it with separate steeping (I'm not used to it and I didn't try it otherwise, so I don't know what difference it would have... but that's how I thought about it and that's how I did it... one batch for the bakery and one another syrup. I left them for 5 days and then joined them for another week). BATCH A: Cinnamon Caramel Rol, Graham Cracker Clear, Graham Cracker, Sugar Cookie V2, Cookie, Pyrazine, Pie Crust & I broke Orange Cream, Orange Juicy, Brown Sugar,Cinnamon in half (1 drop here and 1 drop in syrup for 60 ml of liquid)...... BATCH B: The rest of Orange Cream, Orange Cream, Brown Sugar and Lemon Meringue Pie, Black Honey, Honey, Super Sweet... I poured the Clove into all the liquid... broke half a drop after 5 days....this was fully my run...hope I'm clear. Let me just say that I put the Graham Cracker (FW) because I think it suits the profile better because it seems richer and deeper and Sugar Cookie V2 (CAP) instead of the V1 because I think I get less butter and I don't want butter in the gingerbread. Black Honey because I like its use as a dark honey and I used Brown Sugar because apart from the sweetness of the sugar it also gives a more baked sensation....I hope I didn't get tired...I thought I'd write a couple of words so you can understand my reasoning a bit ...hope you mix it up and I'd love to hear what you think! ATTENTION ... CINNAMON 1 DROP / 30ML AND CLOVE 1/2 DROP / 60 ML MERRY CHRISTMAS WITH HEALTH AND GOOD VAPING!!!
