Vanilla pastry with passion fruit icing.
I used JF Bavarian Cream and WF Coconut Custard to create a creamy filling. The Bavarian Cream is further boosted by the vanilla classic. I wanted the vanilla to be really present in this mix. To the sugar cookie I added WF Croissant to add that flakey feel. The VT Yellow Passion and the powdered sugar make the icing. I kept the Yellow Passion low so it wouldn't overpower the creamy pastry.
