Banana Cream Pie with an Oatmeal Cookie Crust and a touch of Caramel
Using 2 of my favorite bananas (Puree & Soft) in combination with TPA Bavarian Cream & Vanilla Custard II to make a pudding-like banana cream. TPA Oatmeal Cookie with FA Cookie make up the pie crust. FA Caramel used here as an accent flavor to enhance the banana cream and the cookie crust.
This isn't the light, bright, fluffy kind of banana cream pie but more of a dark, rich, malty type.
