A lychee topped frozen Greek Yougrt. Not tart. For tartness add an acidulant. Also, needs to steep for over 2 months to get rid of classic Lychee "dryer sheets" taste/smell that Noted or Developed podcast mentioned. I feel the unsteeped TPA Lychee is more of a fatty taste like the oily/ fatiness of a Macadamia nut. Found on reddit describing Lychee: "The texture is similar to peeled grapes, slightly more chewy, tastes like watery fructose with a nutty sidetaste." That nutty sidetaste is not pleasant at all in a fruity recipe. Seems like it would go well with Cremes but it doesn't. However after two months this flavor completely dissipated.
