What you are looking at is real photo of a Cream Puff made by my mother and me a awhile back. The cream puff being made from scratch and the cream filling started as a heavy cream whipped. I took the whip cream and added some flavor concentrates and was nothing short of amazing. I sat there just scooping the cream and eating it right out of the Cream Puff shell and thought I want this in my atty. What is omitted in this recipe is the cream puff, powdered sugar and less lemon. I added whip cream to it because heavy cream was the base I actually used. The flavor profile is a light, airy lemon-touched chiffon cream (Sorry this is not a cream Puff Recipe). This, to me, felt complete after a four day steep. However, the lemon faded a bit. I leave it to your discretion to add more lemon of your choice. By all means, add to it! Add more lemon, pastry, powdered sugar and/or fruits. This sat for a few day and has a really nice mouthfeel and is not harsh by any means. Vaping this today and decided to post it. Hope you enjoy this or get some neat ideas from it. Enjoy
