This could be one of my favorite lemon recipes I've made yet. INW lemon cake mixed with FA Pandoro is a match made in heaven. Everything else is supporting these two flavors. The custard cake fills in some of the custard notes while adding to the cake notes that the Pandoro offers. Pandoro is an outstanding flavoring that is one of the best cake flavorings I've had with a perfect hint of lemon frosting. Custard premium makes this whole recipe rich and thick with buttery vanilla goodness that blends beautifully with the INW Lemon cake. Lastly INW custard fills in the gaps that are left. INW custard with FA custard premium is my favorite custard combo. Overall this recipe taste like a very moist lemon cake with a rich lemon custard filling. I get hints of lemon frosting in this recipe as well. If you don't have Inawera Lemon cake, I highly suggest picking it up. If you are fan of Lemon cake, this recipe is spot on. I like this one off the shake as I find lemon flavors to fade a bit over time.
