Classic Irish Coffee is a good and strong black coffee with whipped cream, a bit of brown sugar and whisky. Some Irish coffees use heavy cream but I chose FA Cream Whipped because it doesn't get in the way of other flavors. If you like your RL coffee bold and strong this should do it for you. WARNING: One finger lick and you'll be pouring it over your ice cream.

VSO Espresso and Brazilian Coffee (SC) (WF) work well for me. YMMV, use your own favorite coffees.

I stepped out of tradition by adding VTA Coffee Liqueur. It adds some sweetness, coffee and booze without boosting the whisky. Of course, feel free to add more whisky. It won't hurt the mix and fades quickly......Cheers!
