As I love a challenge I couldn't be left out of this one. The idea of working with limited stock is brilliant and makes us go even further. My idea is to bring a popsicle with the face of Brazil, using a combination of tropical fruits, with the summer face of Rio de Janeiro, my hometown. let's break this down!
The fusion of Mango FE with Nectarine TPA gives rise to a mango with great texture, succulent and sweet. And to complete, I included the delicious Passion Fruit WF, making the perfect union between the fruits.
As a base for the ice cream I used VIC LB, Milk FA and Yogurt FW, a DAAP base perfect for the occasion. And before finishing, I added some grated coconut to the ice cream to make our popsicle as tropical as possible.
