Continuing on with my recent vanilla obsession I decided to post a vanilla ice cream recipe I've been using for a while now. Usually I would use LB Vanilla Ice Cream when doing any VIC but i wanted to make a recipe with different flavors that didn't require the primary flavor to have such a high percentage.
VT Vanilla Ice Cream is one of my favorite ice cream flavors. It has a rich creamy body and great vanilla note.
SSA Ice Cream Vanilla may be my second favorite ice cream behind LB VIC. It has the rich creamy body of VT's Vanilla Ice Cream but with a great buttery note.
Vanilla Swirl is the king of body and mouth feel when it comes to creams. It does add a bit more vanilla note but it's mainly here for it's body adding ability.
OoO Whipped Cream is the best "whipped cream on top" flavor. If I'm adding whipped cream it's this one I use 90% of the time. It's just so damn good.
SSA Whipped Cream is one of 3 best whipped creams and like SSA's Ice Cream Vanilla it has a great buttery note to it as well.
I originally used FLV Sweetness at .25% but VT Vanilla Ice Cream is so sweet you don't really need a sweetener with this. If you need the sweetness kicked up a notch use whatever you like best.
Just like the name, this is the vanilla sex of ice cream. It's basic but still damn good.
