Classic Lemon Cream

A classic light lemon cream - not a typical custard

Ingredients

• FA Custard Premium The cream base in this recipe. Beautiful flavor without any buttery or eggy notes

• OOO Cream Milky Undertone Supports FA Custard Prem. Adds more milky, creamy notes

• FA Cream Fresh Make the cream lighter & more "fluffy"

• CAP French Vanilla Add a good bright vanilla note

• TPA Vanillin Supports CAP French Vanilla. TPA Vanillin adds a typical sweet non-natural vanilla note

• FE Lemon Main lemon flavor here. Very good one - do not fade

• CAP Juicy Lemon Supports FE Lemon. Adds more juicyness too the lemon and help to fulfill the lemon body

• FA Meringue Transform the lemon to a cake or cream topping sort of lemon stuff.

Additional Notes

Recommended stepptime for minimum 7 days. Better 10 - 14 days for developping the cream This recipe was created for the VAPICON Mixers Club, Edition 03/12
