This is a simple, stupid cucumber mix intended to meet or beat the cucumber mix used by the epidemiological pod device that shall not be named.
It's pretty good.
Cap cucumber gives it the mushy middle, FA adds in a bit more peel (Which of these are more attractive to the yoots of 'Merka is unknown at the time of this writing.)
Oddly, Since you'll see cucumber used in some cases to boost the rind note of many melons, I played around with adding some wild melon to boost the cucumber wet notes. I haven't played all that much with up and down percentages for this, but I'm pretty happy with it just where it is. :)
WS-23 gives it a bit of coolness to boost that fresh sense you get from biting into a good 'ole back yard cucumber.
Anyways.. Pretty fun little mix for pod devices if that's your thing..
Trying out some different accents for my last recipe, this is one of them I really enjoyed. Just going to go over the differences, and why I pick certain ingredients.
The first and most obvious got rid of the peach, and put in green apple. CAP green apple hard candy, is a great green apple candy flavor, that pairs perfectly with, FLV fire cinnamon. Also added a little FA pair to accent the Apple and melon.
Reduced the amount of vanilla swirl in this recipe. I made 120 mil test batch of mrs. Claus dirty melon milk, and it's gone 😋 so obviously I really enjoyed it. That said, I knew we should get away with reducing the vanilla swirl by a few percentage points.
Sincerely hope you enjoy, happy holidays!!!
Bonus recipe, this one was from last year, and still one of my favorites.
Loosely inspired by one of the first e-liquids I was hooked on, loosely an attempt to create something "commercial," mainly just something because evidently I really don't like mixing bakery stuff anymore. This is a pretty simple mix, but it's really enjoyable. Notes below, but they'll be short and sweet.
(FA Watermelon, FLV Watermelon, FLV Wild Melon)
I've been using FA watermelon for my melon note for a long time, but I always found it to be a little too subtle and "realistic" for a mix. I didn't realize that I even had FLV Watermelon, but upon smelling the bottle, I realized this would add that candied and artificial watermelon that was needed. Anything over 2% with FLV Watermelon tends to get a little harsh and offensive, but around 1.5, paired with FA's option, it's really fucking pleasant. Add that touch of FLV Wild Melon, and you've got a nice, fully fleshed profile that has some real depth and punch to it.
(FA Strawberry, TPA Strawberry Ripe)
Well, fuck me I guess. I have been pairing FA Strawberry and CAP Sweet Strawberry for so long, that I forgot about what TPA Straw Ripe can do to a mix. This combo provides us with a back-note of strawberry that doesn't overpower the watermelon, but adds some juicy backbone to it. I've found that lately, any mix that I use my normal FA/CAP combo on, it just ends up being a strawberry forward mix with accents of whatever else I had in there. This combination, at this percent, allows the strawberries to stay in back to support our melons.
(CAP Super Sweet/WS-23)
You already know what these are for. I don't normally like adding sweetener, but given that I was going for a more commercial idea here, I added two drops to a 20ml, and it's perfect. Brings some extra brightness to the fruits, while giving a little more mouthfeel overall. Just sweetness, obviously, but it's the right amount. WS-23 can be used to your liking, but 1% is a little too much, 0.5 - 0.75% will be perfect and not mute the fruits in the mix with ice.
No need to steep, just mix up, shake up, and enjoy. I've been gone for a while, I hope you fuckers missed me.
Okay I'll be the first to admit this is some weird shit!
Insanely creamy on the inhale, with a sweet and juicy melon top note, in the middle of the vape, you are hit with an insane amount of delicious vanilla, that blends in flawlessly with FLV peach, the edition of FLV cinnamon gives it a spicy counterpoint, to all the creamy, sweet, deliciousness that is going on.
can't really give you any steeping notes, I literally made this a few hours ago, just so good I couldn't wait to share it.
Super sweet can be substituted out for whatever your preferred sweetener. Or just leave it out if that's not your thing.
FLV Rich cinnamon, there are a number of cinnamons that could work here, FLV fire cinnamon is next on my list to try, I think it just might fit the profile better. If cinnamon is not your thing, nutmeg, cardamom, Ginger, and clove should all provide a nice contrast to the recipe.
FLV cream- 000 creamy milky undertones
Alpine strawberry: 1 drop per 10ml!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is a a lovely little mix. It’s melon forward mix with a Jammy strawberry that I get from alpine strawberry.this vapes interesting for me sometimes I get melons and sometimes the strawberry coming out to the front.Try adding a little ws-23 or mint
A smooth Fruity after dinner drink vape with a hint of peppermint, the Flavor monk G&T sets in nicely with this mix, i incorporated two watermelons to round this recipe out..i truly enjoyed this recipe and working with the FlavorMonks brand finally .... what im feeling with it :
The FlavorMonks Gin and Tonic on hand check and smell: it taste very much like a Gin and Tonic esp the gin , this is probably the lightest of the set of gins from FlavorMonks...
in this mix it sits on the exhale allowing the fruit to come thru on the inhale, the Cap Cool Mint is there in the middle floating around ..
the Huckleberry and Watermelon combo complemented each other well in this mix they sit side by side and give this unlikely fruit medley a great taste, the mix is not overly sweet and is a very pleasant and enjoyable even with the addition of the FLV Sweetness. 3 to 5 days steep or more upto you....
A Flavorah only recipe. A nice watermelon bubble gum. This recipe is great for a beginner diy mixer transitioning from a commercial juice to diy mixing. It gives that commercial feel and appeal but with a little more depth. I have also left this some what of a open canvas for beginners and experienced mixers to play around with. Great as is or get creative and throw some other Flavorah fruits at it to complement the melons like pear, strawberry ect.... have fun with it and enjoy.
This is a great, flavorful, refreshing, melon mix. I almost get an Orange Watermelon flavor from it, similar to INW Melon but a little better IMO. If I had to try to pick which melons I'm tasting I would say Watermelon, Honeydew, Cantaloupe. I'm not sure what exactly they were going for with this one but it came out really darn tasty.
