The Blueberry Corn Bread Muffin is a white whale of mine. I’ve been through so many iterations of this profile, purchased numerous flavors and just been real unhappy with the outcome... until now.
Let’s start with the cornerstone of the recipe. That’s FLV Blueberry Muffin. This flavor is on the whole a disappointing muffin but what it IS is a solid baked blueberry note and a good place to start. I’ve added in a little WF Blueberry Jam to help the texture of that Blueberry. I didn’t want this profile to be abundantly blueberry, mostly just delicious warm muffin.
Since the blueberry muffin doesn’t have much muffin I’ve resorted to building my own. Starting with 5% OOO Corn Bread, that is exactly how much of that flavor I need to taste it, no more, no less. It’s a steeper but oh boy is it good. After 2 weeks it really comes through with that corn meal grain flavor and texture that’s truly unparalleled. The sweet fluffy portion of the muffin is easy with WF Angel Cake.
The recipe really needs VT Butter Base for that creamy buttery smoothness. Lastly just a hint of FLV Rich Cinnamon, because where I come from you can’t have a muffin without some cinnamon.
Sweeten to Taste.

This is a Clone of Ugly Butter by Bad Drip Labs. So I can't take credit for this, I was just inspired. It's pretty spot on from what I can remember though. It is a fried dough with cinnamon sugar and banana pudding. Trust me and just try this recipe out.
Banana cream pudding base- tpa banana cream, wf banana puree, and wf Bavarian cream.
Buttery Cinnamon sugar dough- jf biscuit, cap butter cream, fa joy, Flv cinnamon crunch, Flv rich cinnamon.
Wanted to make something that reminded me of Vanilla Sin by Dr. Fog from back in the day. I think this does a good enough job. If I had FA Custard Premium at my disposal I would have used that but none the less, this will suffice. It's a nice rich vanilla custard with a hint of french vanilla and cinnamon on the exhale. FLV Rich Cinnamon @ 1 drop per 10mls steeped for 2 weeks
Sometimes when I am looking for a flavor, it helps to knock on it's neighbors doors. Waffle and biscuit make up the french toast bakery notes. Once I settled on proportions and balance, the Maple and Butter worked like magic to authenticate the profile. This is a really delicious profile and is enjoyed by friends and work-mates. I received a lot of compliments on this one. I hope you enjoy it as well. If you try it, please help a brother out and leave a comment. Peace out.......
This is it guys, the bakery cinnamon. Look no further. Use it like you would cinnamon in the culinary world.
It is a tad steep at $12.50/15ml, but it is well worth it. Not only is it the best bakery cinnamon available, it is super concentrated; you won't be using this one any higher than 0.5%. I've found this to add the perfect accent to a bakery as low as 0.15%, and makes for a great flavorful cinnamon kick at 0.3%. What I find particularly awesome about this flavoring its range. Keep in mind though, if you want to bring it way up for a spicy, red-hot cinnamon, you may want a different cinnamon since this one gets pretty dry for me over 0.75%, but the dryness does calm down after some steep time.
It is kind of hard to work with as is, so making a dilution of this one (10% FLV Rich Cinnamon:90% PG) may make it easier to handle.
