9 DIY E-Liquid Recipes found

Raise a glass to this perfectly pink cocktail made from gin, lemonade, and grapefruit juice. Using Lime and Strawberry to accent. Perfect for summer, and with FLV ICE, you can adjust amount you want in recipe. This is great in a pod.

This was really good off the initial shake, but of course just as with any juice, will get better after a few days steep.

Enjoy.

Since I was young I knew I would be enjoying something special when I was getting a "Lemon, lime & bitters". It's such a nostalgic profile for me that I have enjoyed for a long time and I still order these regularly when I go out because I no longer drink. It's the famous balance of the sweet lemonade with the freshness of the lime and the bitters that cut through the tartness and gives you a some what complex yet refreshing experience like no other. Since creating eLiquid recipes I have been thinking how lovely this would be to replicate in a vape. However there just didn't seem to be a concentrate or combination of that would truly help replicate this experience until Vape Train released the messiah of flavor concentrates that I hoped would finally make this happen.

Many years ago I did a bar course through TAFE Queensland and there I learnt quite a lot about flavors in a short time with a young pallet that was starved for life experience. This course finally gave me the opportunity to single taste that special seemingly elusive (at the time) bottle of bitters. I wanted to get my hand on that stuff and see what it tasted like by itself because I was convinced it would be amazing. How naive was I? lol. It was god awful, it made me spit and gag. There's just no way you can replace these valued moments in life that we can now look back on with somewhat embarrassment and self cursing of how much of a dickhead was I? lol

What I did learn very quickly though was that quite often some flavors can be not great on their own but when paired or accompanied with the right friend that things can go a lot better. I learn't that "Bitters" when measured correctly can provide the perfect balance between sweet & tart. This concentrate from VT offered all that I was hoping for.

Recently I visited an upmarket Thai restaurant and experienced a LLB that was rich, balanced, beautiful and delectable like I had never experienced before. With now over 35 years of life experience and memories of enjoying this lovely beverage I was actually blown away by the depth of flavour. So I did what any avid DIY mixer would do on a romantic date and took notes lol.

It needs a smooth vanilla note with depth and an almost creamy soda like feel that seemingly helped to fill out the nuances of the fresh lime & lemon notes while also being refreshing and effervescent.
This is how I came up with V1.

There are 3 variations to this recipe.

V1: I suggest trying it as listed here, it is beautiful and very close to how i remember it and i could vape that all day,

V2: I'm a sweet tooth and want a little sweetness and brightness to this profile so added a slight amount of TPA sweet & tart and shazam that did the trick wonderfully.

V3: This is the original blend I did which is lovely and is more like a middle market version that you may get in a supermarket or a fast food restaurant, it's still great but lack a bit of the body of flavor in hindsight.

nb.the fizzy sherbet works very well here for a little almost fizzy mouth feel as well as giving a little lemon like assistance to the overall recipe in all if these versions.

How do you like it?

IMO this is a very pleasant and enjoyable vape on a single coil RDA at 60W with a SST single coil at 0.2 ohm

Stoned on U'r Love

Wow Flavorah, just some beautiful concentrates that you have created, I am in love and was already in love with your flavors. So much fun developing recipes with these new flavors.

This is a Lemonade Berry Wine Cooler. Just perfect with Spring approaching in the States. This is delicious.

Adjust Sweetness to your preference. Tested on Entheon RDA .27 ohm Dual Core Fused Clapton @58W and Wasp Nano RDA .38 ohm Flat Twisted Coil @48W

This Mix was done for Our 1st live episode using FLV Berry Blend. We talked about FLV Berry Blend in a live show - https://youtu.be/BYKq4D3Fh6o
I wanted to see if I could mix Berry Blend as the main profile into something familiar that Ive done before.

I was going for a Berry forward beverage, I am not sure that its full on Berry as I think its needs a Steep **Will update this later

The Combination of Ice and Citrus soda serves as my effervescent beverage or liquid base. Then I added the Moscato to freshen this up with a vibrant tart white grape in the middle.

Dragon fruit and Fuji added in combo to sweeten and emulsify these flavors together.

This is a Pretty weird mix, but I keep reaching for it for another puff. I dont think this is for everyone, but if you like weird stuff you might like this.
Almost reminds me of this weird "Sour Alien Spray candy" I had as a kid.
I think the weirdness will mellow out a bit after 3 days, will update.

Sweetner:
Add if you like sweet stuff, Dont if you dont :-)

THIS RECIPE IS NOT DONE! THERE WILL BE SOME CHANGES.

Ice cold 3 mint mix..for the cold hearted..or..just the menthol fans

A sweet cool menthol without the bite. Imagine peppermint candy. Great for the upcoming warmer seasons. Simple to mix, easy to love.

The only required ingredient is extreme ice at 3-5%. Flavorah ice is a sweet and non aggressive menthol, while flavorah’s cool menthol is the real elephant in the room. I also add some super sweet cos I think it makes everything a little better.

Enjoy.

You can mix this without the MB Captain Rum, or sub it with another boozy alcohol, you could even add FLV Morning Mimosa to this recipe as well at 0.5% for a slightly different boozy taste. A good sangria should be sweet, fruity, boozy, and chilled. You can adjust the sweetener level to your own tastes, or sub CAP SS with FLV Sweetness if you are are looking to make it without sucralose (use around 0.25% to 0.4% of FLV Sweetness as a replacement.) Caramel is there to add a slightly richer note, you could also use a brown sugar in this spot as well, but I liked the caramel taste.

Tis the season for cranberry sauce. Sweet, cool, full of cranberry flavor with that jelly taste. If you're looking for a holiday flavor this year, give this a try. Can be vaped fresh, but tastes great after several days to a week steep.

I've adjusted this a little bit because I think the Waffle flavor amount I used in this first batch is a little bit much. I dropped it by 0.10% in this recipe. Originally I used 0.25%. If you want to try it the original way, there is your percentage. It is possible, since it's only been steeping for 4 days that the waffle flavor will mellow out more after another 2 weeks of steeping.

I don't think this recipe is in any way finished. I'm going to let this original batch steep for another week or two and revisit it on the show to see how it turned out and what adjustments should be made.

I think if you like bakeries to be a little sweeter, you may want to add in 0.25% of a sucralose based sweetener, up to 1% if you're using TFAs.
