I enjoy making fudge for the holidays but it is hard to get a decent chocolate vape. Naturally I wanted to try to make some in a vape form. However I have had better luck with the white chocolate than the milk chocolate varieties, so I went with that instead. I used the WF-White Fudge as my base, and even though it is pretty tasty on its own, I felt like it needed more complexity. I added VT-Love and FLV-White Chocolate to get a more accurate white chocolate profile. The VT-Honeycomb helps add those golden notes you would get from cooking the butter and sugar. One of the main components to homemade fudge is marshmallow cream which is why I added a bit of the OOO-Marshmallow (Vanilla). It also adds some creamy mouthfeel as an added bonus. Last but not least I used the FLV-Eggnog and LA-Butter Rum as the accent flavors for my fudge. The end result is delightfully close to the real thing with considerably less calories! This needs 3 days minimum for the LA-Butter Rum to settle in. I used it low but it is strong stuff and has a chemical taste upfront. It will taste better with more steeping but it is still pretty tasty from 3 days on.
Optional Ingredients: This is fairly sweet on its own but fudge by nature is sickeningly sweet, so you may want to add some sweetener of your choice around 0.3-0.5%. You could also try adding TPA-Holiday Spice 0.5%, FW-Pumpkin Spice 0.5% or FLV-Rich Cinnamon 0.1% if you want a little more spice in your mix.
Ready for the holidays?? I am!! This is my rendition of a southern classic. The Nog Buttercream Cake. Throughout my formulation process I got completely nogged out, but that doesn't make this recipe any less delectable.
CAP Sweet Cream / FW Butter Cream
These two append the icing/moistness to the cake. Butter Cream from FW does an awesome job of thickening bakeries with dense mouthfeel. The two together do a wonderful job of fattening up that unfortunate and slightly thin back-note of FLV Eggnog.
WF Princess Cake / JF Yellow Cake
These two obviously both have the word cake in their titles, so one could reasonably assume it makes up the cake. I went with Princess Cake based on a recommendation from @Shyndo so credit goes to him for that. JF Yellow Cake helps to supply a bit more cake note as I found Princess Cake to be a little on the airy side.
By far the best eggnog concentrate I've dealt with hands down. It's a tad spice forward so we'll need to lift the thin back-note a tad with other contributors.
Add Complexity w/ an Accent
I like to add in right around .5% FW Maple Pecan. At a low % it contributes a light but noticeable nut to the cake, which is of course depicted in the thumbnail. If you're into bakeries with a light nut accent and have it on hand I recommend it's inclusion. Omitted in the main recipe as to be more available.
side note This is a STEEPER. It needs proper time to meld the flavoring, so aging is required. It's actually better after the 21 day mark though I am hesitant to call for a 3 week steep. As with any cream heavy recipe, keep in mind that it's better the longer it has to emulsify.
Have a wicked set of holidays! If you mix this up set it aside for Xmas and enjoy it as it melds together into a beautiful orgy of holiday themed flavors. 💦

The RF-Oats & Cream Cookie combined with the FW-Graham Cracker and JF-Biscuit form my cookie cup base for the tart. FLV-Apple Filling and INW-Two Apples are intertwined with FW-Brown Sugar, LA-Butter Rum, FLV-Eggnog and a hint of VT-Bakery Spice to make my apple filling and add savory spices for the tart. I am really happy with how this turned out. If you do not have the WF-Oatmeal Cookie you can trade it for CAP-Sugar Cookie and have a very similar recipe. The VT-Bakery Spice is optional but it is a really nice addition if you have it. You are welcome to add some sweetener if you prefer sweeter vapes but I did not feel that this one needed any.
With the weather changing and the holidays not too far off, I wanted to start working on some seasonal recipes. The first that was on my mind was a nice spiced vanilla cream.
As much as I love custards, I didn't want to go down that road, I wanted something different. What I envisioned was a creamy vanilla, and just kissed with a bit of spiced. Like if you were to take a thick vanilla icing and add a holiday spice blend to it, and after working on different bases, I was able to create one that gave me what I wanted.
Bavarian Cream & Vanilla Pudding:
Really make a nice thick base for this to set on with a that plays right into the profile.
French vanilla deluxe:
If you're ever looking for a rich vanilla that can punch through a heavy base, I suggest trying it in your next recipe. It's not that vanilla TFA uses in other flavors like VBIC or swirl, it's different and perfect in something like this where you want a vanilla to stand out while adding a thickness...that isn't a custards.
VT Buttercream Frosting:
This is a wonderful flavor, and at 1.5% I was able to get the flavor out of it to blend with the cream base. There's room to go higher, but I wanted to keep it even with the next star of this, and that's the Milk & Honey. These together add such a great element to this mix. You get that Frosting note I was looking for and a sweet richness that goes well with the cream.
Now this all by itself is honestly very good and could be an ADV for me... however, I wanted spiced vanilla cream.
The easiest part of creating this was which spice to use. FLV does spices better than anyone, and eggnog is no exception. It's not crazy potent like clove or rich cinnamon and 1% here gives me a smooth spice kissed vanilla cream. It doesn't turn this into an eggnog by any means, so don't think that at all. I used my vanillas and creams carefully so this didn't happen. There's no egg, we only got the spices from it here and it's delicious!
Sweeten to taste. I mix with 1% FW sweetener but you can adjust. I do suggest a little for the profile though.
Let it set for at least 5-7 days, it allows the creams get in place and the spice to smooth out and warm up.
I hope anyone that mixes this enjoys it as much as I've been
A Creamy Sweet Eggnog Latte.
Starting with PUR Caramel Coffee with Sweet Cream. One of the best coffee flavors IMO. Smooth coffee with a caramel sweetness and no burnt off notes.
VT Coffee Milk Froth to add the creamy milk froth note and give the coffee more depth.
OOO Cream Milky Undertone to add a smooth milk note with some mouthfeel.
FA Meringue to round out the cream/milk notes. Give a more airy egg flavor and add some sweetness.
FLV Eggnog was the obvious choice for the Eggnog flavor. Best Eggnog flavor out there also IMO. Well balanced spices with the nog in the background.
FA Jamaican Rum to add a slightly boozy spice sweetness.
PUR Super Sweet to sweeten it up a touch, but can be omitted as it is already sweet. I just like it sweeter.
Minimum 7 day steep for it to start to smooth out. Really get solid after 2-3 weeks. It is vapeable off the shake but is a bit harsh.
Temps are dropping, and the holiday season is rapidly approaching!
This is a simple 5 flavor recipe to ease into all the festivities; just sit back, and enjoy.
All 5 flavors seem to meld together quite nicely, and compliment each other; like a family gathering, where everyone likes one another (strange, right?).
The Biscuit was added for solidity, and plays rather nicely with the Eggnog and Hazelnut. The Vanilla Pudding gives a nice hug to everything, and the Vanilla Swirl is that aunt or uncle that is welcome everywhere!
As they say, the proof is in the pudding. This Xmas pudding with gingersnap, eggnog and velvety vanilla sauce is sure to be a winner.
Recipe: FLV Only
FLV Eggnog (this eggnog is custard and spice and everything nice)
FLV Gingersnap (the dark sticky middle part of a ginger snap, molasses, ginger, and cookie)
FLV Sweet Dough with hints of butterscotch and caramel with a solid, a heavy dough serves as a solid base full of spices and herbs.
All this is suffused with a very rich FLV Vanilla Pudding.
No Xmas vape without a little bright, bold and sweet vanilla, this is where a few drops Smooth Vanilla comes in for the smooth velvety notes.
Xmas is the sweetest time of the year, don't be afraid to sweeten this mix with some Sweetness.
It really does not take more to vape yourself into Xmas mood.
Enjoy this seasonal mix.
The WF-Glazed Donut combined with the WF-Fluffy White Cake form the foundation of this cake doughnut. The FLV-Pumpkin Bread was added to darken the cake and add some more spice. The FLV-Eggnog was thrown in for the spice as well as to add moisture and a bit more egg to the cake mix. The FLV-Apple Filling brings just a hint of that apple cider taste on the exhale. The FLV-Rich Cinnamon along with the OOO-Powdered Sugar make up my outer coating. I felt that it needed a touch more vanilla and sweetness so I threw in the DFS-Holy Vanilla and CAP-Super Sweet for good measure. You can add whatever sweetener you prefer though. I also need to thank Alfred Pudding for helping me get through my basket of possible flavor combinations at the last minute. I was sick and my brain needed some guidance. He helped me tremendously by letting me bounce my ideas off of him.
