So it turns out TPA papaya and INW cactus combined can pretty much turn into a bubblegum flavor. I add TPA Red Licorice to give more of that gum texture and adds more to the bubblegum flavor. Marshmallow helps round out the more tropical side of papaya. I'm not done with this recipe but I'm releasing this now in hope of getting some help with making the flavor a little louder. Could be as simple is going higher in the papaya and cactus but would like to see what others might have to contribute as well.

I was single flavor testing Zeppola last week and was starting to notice the "citrusy" off notes others have mentioned. For me this was actually more of a coconut like flavor, and reminded me of the crumb donuts I lived on in high school. so I decided to try and bring that out more with the coconut extra. I use the sugar cookie and graham cracker to try and get more of the crumb texture.

Mixed this two days ago, and it's already amazingly tasty! Gonna have to whip up another batch so it can actually steep the recommended time.

This is an excellent blueberry cakey donut. Taste just like the donut from the shop by my house. Great job!

So its been a week since I mixed this, never having these muffins in real life I'm going to give you five stars because your flavor description is perfect to what is going on here. I really like how the flakey aspect of cereal 27 is not detectable. At least I'm not noticing it. On your quest for a more grainy texture have you tried jf or inw biscuit? Those could also add a buttery aspect that might work with this recipe as well. Great job.

So the bottle I made of this came of age yesterday. Still being to much torrone flavor I waited on it. Gave it another shot today and the Torrone has fully melded with the ry4 (weird how one day can make a difference). This is the first recipe with torrone that I have liked so far. I'm tasting the bourbon and the tobacco and it's delicious. It's reminding me of this cocktail I had a few weeks ago that I can't get out of my head. I am getting a bit of the cinnamon but not any apple in this. I'm curious what a little bit a fuji could do to this and possibly bring that out. It will probably brighten the mix up a bit and and another dynamic that might escape from what you're trying to achieve just throwing it out there. Another thought would be cap double apple but I'd be worried that would dull it out. I'm going to let this sit a little bit and make a batch with fuji. I'll keep you posted on my fuji experiment and if the apple comes out in a couple weeks in the original I'll come back and give you the five. Great job though I'll be using this recipe when winter comes back around.

Solid vanilla custard. I like how you didn't completely rely on cap's VC. Maybe remove bourbon from the title because people might expect more of a whiskey flavor in the custard.

Got to give some love to this recipe. That other CTC recipe that is getting a bit of notice is good but this one is more of an ADV for me. The creaminess is perfect and picks up the cinnamon sugar really well. Great Job!

The cream on this is excellent. 5 stars for that alone.
