What does Blue taste like? Not an easy question to answer. In fact, impossible to answer. We live in a sensory world that limits us to only see color. However, just because our gustation and olfaction can not sense color doesn't mean it don't exist. For instance, color has wavelengths, just as sound has wavelengths. We have auditory sensors (ears)to pick up these wavelengths. Our brain processes these signals and tells us that it is music, or what ever. Different colors could also give off a certain sound. If we had a receptor to pick up these "color sounds" what would they sound like? What if we had sensory organs to taste the wavelengths of color? What would color taste like? Well, we will probably never know but, we can imagine.
Blue Ice. My take on what the color BLUE tastes like. I imagine blue has a frosty feel(FA Polar Blast). Like a clear blue sky on a chilly Fall morning. Blue, I imagine, would be linear in taste as it's a primary color, which means, you can't take 2 or more colors to make blue. Blue is just blue! It would not be sour or bitter like green, but mildly sweet(TPA Raspberry) and dense in texture(FLV Grape).
With all of this conjecture of "What Blue Tastes Like", everyone will have their own opinion. But, it is an interesting experiment that will challenge all mixers. Enjoy. :)
Custard Humble! My take on a Crème Brulee. May I humbly say,.... what a delicious vape,...WOW! With the high percentage of CAP vanilla custard this recipe needs to steep for a few days, but well worth the wait. It can be a shake and vape but only gets better with time. A rich vanilla custard with a nice eggy note combined with a nice crunchy caramelized top layer. The TPA brown sugar with the FW butterscotch ripple takes this simple custard to a new level of tasty.

Nay-Ked! This is a departure from my normal bakery and cream recipes. Some times you just got to get away from the same-old same-old. I've been wanting a juice to take me to another place,... a secluded island in a distant land. This recipe strips away all the heavy bakeries, creams, and sweeteners to just enjoy a great "tropical fruit" vape on a secluded nude beach somewhere in the Pacific(I wish). It's quite hard to explain but I will try.
Top note: FA Orange and FA Lemon Sicily not to over-powering though
Middle note: CAP Golden Pineapple and CAP Kiwi
End note or bottom note: FA Lemon Sicily and INW Cactus. It has a slight floral note but not so much that it gets in the way of the other flavors. I don't like most floral notes in juices but this sits well with this juice.
Nice refreshing vape for a change of pace.
5 days steep for best results but can be a shake and vape

Moon Shot! A Banana Moon Pie! This is for Wayne's weekend assignment....Banana Desert recipe. Tastes just like it's supposed to. INW Biscuit and TPA Pie Crust works well to give it a nice flaky but somewhat cookie-like flavor. TPA Marshmallow is sandwiched in between and creates a nice fluffy feel. The TPA Banana, TPA Banana Cream, and LA Cream Cheese Icing works great for that hard banana icing that surrounds everything. This recipe has it all, full textured mouth-feel, fluffy marshmallow, and sweet banana icing.

Waffle Me This? This is my final version of Strawberry Waffle. As I mentioned in V1 of Strawberry Waffle, my local vape shop mixed this recipe and I fell in love with it when I first started vaping. It got too expensive for me to buy and that's when I began mixing. This was a riddle that I had to crack.....10 months later I finally think I have it where it needs to be.
To celebrate "remix" month or "clone" month I'm releasing this recipe.
This recipe has a nice Belgian waffle taste smothered in maple syrup and strawberry syrup with a slight hint of freshly whipped cream. It has a great full mouth feel and is perfect with a nice cup of your favorite coffee. You may want to lower the CAP Super Sweet to .25% if you want less sweetness, but I like it at .5%
Steep 5 days is best

"YALT" Yet Another Lemon Tart! This is my second version of Lemon Tart Cracked! I found that the first version did not steep as well using the tpa lemon/lime and fa lemon sicily. It had a very strong lemon/lime zest to it making it bitter and harsh. This version still has a bit of a throat hit on the first few hits but smoothes out after a bit. And a few days steep it gets even better. I believe fe lemon is the correct lemon to use for this mix as it doesn't have a lot of the zest.
Inhale you get a slight zest from the lemon and on the exhale a nice tart and creamy lemon with a crisp "graham cracker-like" crust without having to use graham cracker. The fa apple pie and cap cereal 27 does this nicely. The tpa greek yogurt adds a very slight tanginess that sits well with the fa meringue, and who doesn't love meringue. Just a touch of sweetener to liven it up a little and you have a great adv for the hot weather to come.
You can also add .5% tpa vanilla bean gelato to add a eggy note to the recipe if you're looking to get a bit more of a custard flavor, but I prefer it without the VBG.
Good as a shake and vape but only gets better with a few days steep. Please comment, mix, and or rate, it makes us all better mixers.
PS I have a pg sensitivity so all my recipes are maxvg. I haven't tried this with adding pg, so if anyone mixes this with adding pg please let me know your thoughts. Enjoy :)
DIYorDIE Weekend Assignment
This is my take on a cookie dough without using a cookie dough flavoring. I wanted to create a light chocolate chip flavor with a peanut side note.
FW sugar cookie 1%. Used as the cookie base and adds a slight sugary note
FA cookie 1%. Used also as cookie base and to add texture
CAP vanilla whipped cream 2%. Used to balance out the chocolates and adds a creaminess to the profile.
CAP vanilla custard 2%. Used to make the recipe a little denser and to add an eggyness to the profile.
TPA pie crust 1%. This was the first time using this flavoring but hoping it will add to simulating the "cookie dough" .
TPA Brown sugar 0.5%. Used to add a dark sugar for the chocolate.
FLV peanut butter 1%. Just a bit of peanut. It seems to be a little dry but at 1% it seems balanced with the CAP golden butter at 1%.
TPA sweetener 1.5%. Well who don't like sugar.
CAP Golden butter 1%. This seems to give the FLV peanut butter the creaminess it requires.
TPA bittersweet chocolate 0.5%. I like to use this flavoring at a low % to give it a chocolate chip feel.
TPA double chocolate (clear) 1%. This pairs well with the TPA bittersweet chocolate to give the chocolate a more balanced flavor.
I may not have nailed the cookie dough base in this recipe, however, it has a great flavor with hints of chocolate and peanut butter on the exhale. Can be a Shake n Vape but I would suggest a 3 day steep. This is a first version. I normally post my first versions of recipes and keep 2nd or 3rd versions private for commercial purposes. MaxVG ....Enjoy :)
This recipe was inspired by a desert I had a while back. The dish had marshmallows, cream cheese, and pineapple. I thought it would make a great profile to replicate. Not a complex recipe but very delicious. Not much to mention on flavor notes, pretty self explanatory....just a nice creamy, marshmallow, pineapple vape. Can be a Shake n Vape but only gets better with time. Suggested steep time, 3 days. This is a first version. I normally post my first versions of recipes and keep 2nd or 3rd versions private for commercial purposes. MaxVG ....Enjoy :)
This is a remix of my Momma Slap Cheesecake. I took advice from other mixers to pair down my ingredients and also added a few new flavors.
LA caramel - This is used to give a slight dark buttery taste to the crust
TPA VBIC - This is used to balance out the sometimes "dirty socks" aroma that cheesecake can sometimes have and it helps round out the ruff edges of the cheesecake
CAP Vanilla Custard - This is used to add that eggy mouth fill that cheesecakes tend to have
CAP NY Cheesecake - well....base
TPA Graham Cracker - pretty self explanatory
INW Biscuit - This helps to bolster the Graham Cracker by adding texture and cookie-like flavor
TPA Greek Yogurt - I add this in small amounts to give the cheesecake a slight sourness. It seems to balance well with the JF Strawberry Sweet
TPA Lemon/Lime - You may ask yourself why? Well this adds a uniqueness that makes my cheesecake stand out among the rest by adding a slight freshness and "mouth watering" feel to it.
JF Strawberry Sweet - I like this strawberry because it gives a strawberry like syrup instead of just fresh strawberries
Best steeped for a week
Please comment or review, That's what makes all mixers better :)
Crème Jeans....So good, it'll make you crème your jeans!
I was going after a cookie dough base though I didn't have a cookie dough flavoring. So I used INW biscuit, Cap vanilla cupcakeV2, and CAP vanilla custard to simulate the cookie dough. I think it's pretty close. I also wanted to add a side note. Instead of using chocolate for a chocolate chip cookie dough, I used banana and banana cream. I think it's a well balanced pairing, although unusual, with a cookie dough taste. Banana is not over-powering and that's the way I like it, hope you do as well :)
