Grape, Watermelon, and Mango!

Have you tried Grango 1-2-3 by AlfredPudding? No? Well go do it now. For real. Both versions are seriously amazing. I'll wait.

Here, I'll help https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/125500#grango_1_2_3_by_alfredpudding .

Welcome back! Anyway. Both variations of this deliciousness sparked a newfound love for grape in INW Grape. With Alfred's blessing, I wanted to do a spin off. I was looking through my flavors and Watermelon popped out at me.

Admittedly, LA Watermelon was my first try with this, but there's literally no better choice for it. The natural yet slightly candied watermelon of LA, compliments the "purple" flavor of INW Grape super well. All of that with a hint of Mango and its heaven. Other than that, 3 flavors and 6% of flavoring, there ain't all that much to say about it.....just mix it!

Chunks of Apple and Cinnamon Danish mixed into Creamy Ice Cream!

This recipe has easily become my new favorite. Liquid Barn Vanilla Ice Cream seriously blows TFA VBIC out of the water.

The Ice Cream

V1 & V2 - This was my first go around with LB VIC and I'm very impressed. For my ice creams I normally go with TFA Vanilla Swirl and TFA VBIC, a combo Foment_Life introduced me too. I love the way Vanilla Swirl brings a bit of the soft serve sweet vanilla ice cream to the table so I kept with that even though going with LB VIC this time. The two of them work really well together.

The Apples

V1- My original Apple blend for this recipe was Cap Green Apple at 1.5% and FA Fuji at 2.5%. My original intention for the apple part was to get the the sour/tang of the green apple while still have the Fuji be the main apple flavor. Testing out the first run over a few days, the Cap Green Apple seemed to clash with the rest of the recipe so I decided to pull it out.

V2- I decided to pull the Cap Green Apple all together and bump FA Fuji to 3.5%. Though not what I exactly wanted at first, I actually liked this version far far more.

The Cinnamon Danish

V1 - Cap Cinnamon Danish Swirl is the star of this aspect of the mix. While it does a bang up job of having the perfect danish/bakery note plus cinnamon, used to high it and overpowers the other parts of the mix. Keeping it somewhat low gave me the pastry aspect with a touch of cinnamon however, not enough to come through the Ice Cream and Apple.

V2- With the CDS in V1 not exactly being as pronounced as I was hoping for, I upped it .25% and paired it with just a touch of FLV Rich Cinnamon (I mean literally....A TOUCH) to help boost the cinnamon up. And it did it perfectly.

Overall thoughts on each version.

V1- Ice Cream end was perfect, rich and creamy, with a hint of soft serve vanilla tossed in there. Apples, not right, Cap Green Apple didn't blend too well, has to go. While the CDS was okay, it still needs a bit of help to get to where it should be.

V2- Hell yeah. Without a doubt blows V1 out of the water. No contest. The Apple and Cinnamon play so well off of eachother. I was 100% content with the recipe.

V3- Now...here is where it gets good. I decided to bounce the recipe off of AlfredPudding for some feedback. While he liked it, he came back with some thoughts. He recommended bumping up FLV RIch Cinnamon from .05% to .10%, dropping FA Fuji just a hair and adding some Pear in there to boost the Apple a touch more. JACKPOT. After making those adjustments I could not be happier with the outcome.

Sweet jammy strawberries and whipped cream on top of a lightly buttered yellow cake.

JF Yellow Cake is the base for the cake and Cap Golden Butter is used to give just a touch of butter and moistness you get from those delicious little cakes.

Though traditionally you use fresh strawberries I wanted to get a a bit of a sweet and syrupy flavor out of the strawberries along with fresh, INW Shisha Strawberry does a wonderful job of the syrup/sweeter strawberry and CAP Sweet Strawberry brings up just a touch of fresh strawberry into the mix.

TFA Vanilla Swirl and TPA Whipped Cream brings a nice fluffy vanilla creamy flavor to top everything off.

Chilly Peachy Lemonade, plain and simple.

I know, I know, LA Lemonade and FA Lemon Sicily is the top dog for lemonade juices. But, trying out new things is too fun!

Cold creamy ice cream with sweet syrupy blueberries.

The star of this recipe is Cap Blueberry Jam, it's a fantastic syrupy blueberry that works well with with other blueberries. My original version of this recipe used the Holy Trinity for blueberries, but I found that it was being heavily overpowered by the rest of the recipe. After sending a sample of to Foment_Life he recommended subbing out the Blueberry Extra for the Blueberry Jam and halving the VBIC and putting Vanilla Swirl into the mix.

Spot on recommendation that really made this recipe come alive. The Blueberry Jam really helps boost the blueberry flavor over the Vanilla and Ice Cream without overpowering them for a great sweet but not overly sweet vape.

Blueberry, Blackberry, and Huckleberry blended together into a wonderful creamy yogurt.

This was my first venture into creamy/yogurt vapes. EdibleMalfunction was kind enough to share his yogurt base with me and that was my starting point.

I wanted to do a blend of a bunch of different berries rather than just one or two. So I started with the always wonderful FW Blueberry and FA Bilberry combo. For me this makes a great blueberry that's sweet but not over sweet and candied but not over candied.

I chose TPA Blackberry and TPA Huckleberry to add a depth of sorts to the mix. The blackberry has a nice tart berry flavor that works well with the sweetness of the blueberries. Huckleberry worked wonderfully to work in a nice sweet jammy flavor into the berry blend. These two took a bit of work to get to a good place as they are very strong flavors. My first attempt with the two was at 1% and .75% respectively and they overpowered everything in the mix. Cutting them down to .5% each helped significantly in allowing them to complete the roles I wanted them to without taking away from everything else in the mix.

Watered Melons, is a great Watermelon flavor up front, with a nice sweet melon finish. Plain, Simple, and tasty!

I had stumbled across the DIY or DIE show where Wayne talks about Water Malone. I've always wanted a simple watermelon flavor and never found it. I was super stoked to see all the positive feedback he got on it and wanted to give it mix.

However, I didn't have a few of the flavors so I decided to give it a shot and replace what I didn't have with what I do. I replaced the FLV Watermelon with Cap Sweet Watermelon, the TPA Dragon Fruit with INW Dragon Fruit, and the FLV Wild Melon with TPA Honeydew (because I'm a sucker for Honeydew vapes). I was well aware that changing these flavors around would drastically alter what he intended for the recipe to taste like but I was blown away with what the mix turned out to be.

I've tacked all the missing flavors onto my list to order and am looking forward to mixing up the real Water Malone and seeing how they compare side to side.

A Strawberry and Coconut inhale with Guava and a touch of Coconut on the exhale that will make you want to put on a grass skirt and dance the night away on a beach in Hawaii.

A wonderful blend of Honeydew, Lime, and Peach with a chill. A perfect refresher for those hot Summer days.

The most unusual pairing of flavors, that make an awesome juice. Both the Apricot and Peach version are excellent. Though INW Grape isn't a grape flavor, but a "purple" flavor, I fell in love with it. Between the two I'd say the Peach version is better, but that's a bit biased because peach is my favorite flavor. Don't let that discredit the Apricot version though, it's seriously good but in a different way. All in all, a very good grape/purple flavor with a hint of peach/apricot and mango on the end! Three simple flavors. 6% and a fantastic juice.

You look at the list of flavors and think "no...this cannot be Cola." Well guess what...it is. Seriously, this is the most impressive juice I've ever had the pleasure of vaping.

I hate tobaccos. I fought Alfred on trying this. He insists it's not a tobacco. I call bullshit, **3% Virginia**, looks like a tobacco to me! Well, I admit defeat. He's right. In theory, it's a tobacco, in practice...this is a beautifully amazing flavor. Max nails it with "this is fall in a bottle." The Apple Filling is gently backed up by the sweet leaves of the Virginia. Just a nice hint of pear to let you know its there but also provide some body to everything else in the mix. Seriously 11/10 on this excellent flavor.

An absolutely fantastic custard. Ditch the Cap VC, fuck a steep, mix this shit up and enjoy a damn good custard.

This is an awesome Tropical Yogurt. The pineapple blend plays off the kiwi so well and its splashed into an always lovely chilled yogurt. It's a super refreshing, perfect warm weather juice.

Spot on Orange Dreamsicle. Perfect amount of chill and while fantastic as a S&V, give it a day for the Blood Orange to mellow out and it is absolutely perfect.

This recipe single handily changed my mind on booze mixes. Very well done!
User: eyemakepizza Score: 5 Entered: over 1 year ago
An awesome tropical twist on a delicious vanilla ice cream. As a shake and vape the mangoes are super forward and dominate the pineapple. Give it a week and the pineapple punches forward to make this excellent s&v an even more tasty recipe! A+

The picture for this recipe sums it up perfectly. The waffle, the butter, the syrup, the blueberries, they're all there. The only thing the juice doesn't have that the picture does is the cardboard box and well....that's a good thing!

I'm not entirely sure how to explain whats going on here... You know the Chris Pratt meme "I don't know whats going on, and at this point I'm too afraid to ask" ? That's this recipe. It's delightfully, deliciously blue. I'm not going to pretend I know what the TFA Pistachio is doing or what the JF Yellow Cake is doing. But they're doing something and they're doing it well. 10/10

I had the pleasure of tasting this recipe pre-release. When Alfred sent me the link I saw 007 Bubblegum but I also saw Banana and Wintergreen....I had no friggen clue what to expect. As always, I trusted him and mixed it up. First pull Banana. That's to be expected because you put it in there so you want to taste it. Everything after that first pull bubble gum. Spot on bubble gum. This man is a wizard and I love every second of it.

Super good, super simple and refreshing two flavor banger. You can never go wrong with VT Shisha Lime and this recipe is a prime example of how great it is!

"It's weird, but it works" recipes are becoming my favorite profile. This is a fantastic refreshing mix of weirdness. Everything is perfectly balanced and cooled with literally the perfect amount of WS23. This recipe is the epitome of "less is more" 10/10!

Recipe of the Century? I think so!
User: eyemakepizza Score: 5 Entered: about 1 year ago
This recipe stands the test of time. A lot can change in mixing in 2 years but this recipe still does wonderful things even with current gear. I’m not the biggest fan of FLV Mango over 1% so I was a bit worried I’d get pure mango vaping this. I’m glad to say that is not the case here, the apple, strawberry, and watermelon do a fantastic job of keeping that Mango in check and not overpowering everything. The 30ml I mixed isn’t gonna last very long! The only thing that could make this better is if I was with Apexified on a beach vaping this tropical wonder!

This was a really intriguing recipe to me. I'll get it out of the way right now. It's fantastic plain and simple, it really does create the mindset of sitting around the campfire. I genuinely had a hard time not taking more of out of the big bottle. As a complete tobacco noob who's experience extends no further than FLV Virginia I can't really speak to the inner workings of the tobaccos but it is a very enjoyable blend of tobaccos. Overall, everything is well balanced where not one aspect of the mix is shining over the other one. Each part compliments the other very well and while they all blend into one awesome flavor you can still pick out each aspect of the mix.

A really awesome and festive dessert style recipe. Right off the jump I get a solid punch of Bourbon followed by Apple. Let me just say this combo of FA Zeppola, FE French Toast, INW Custard, and FLV Eggnog is a fucking brilliant way to achieve the bread pudding aspect of this mix. I love this. I did notice that after continued vaping I would lose a little bit of the bread texture to the rest of the mix but I think trying to fiddle with this would just end in a painful circle of bumping one flavor and then losing another, then bumping another and so on and so forth. Long story short I think its great where it is!

I won’t speak to the ice cream aspect of this recipe because you know my thoughts on that. But I really really dig the churro part of this. It’s spot on. I think i can see the play-doughyness that Dave is talking about but I don’t get a whole ton of it. In fact I almost kinda like that little bit that’s in there because it reminds me of the middle of a churro when it’s sometimes soft and almost a tad gooey. I was there to witness the development of this recipe but other than maybe tossing a few ideas around I didn’t take part in it and it’s awesome to finally be able to taste this and see how great it turned out.

Demigorgon An enigma is “a thing that is mysterious, puzzling, or difficult to understand.” This recipe is the perfect example of an enigma. I genuinely have no clue what’s going on here. It’s fruity. It’s dark and syrupy but it’s also bright and citrusy. I fucking love it. Now I’m not gonna lie, I taste virtually no waffle here. Not even a hint. However, I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing. This works and it works so damn well. I’m not too sure how this would all taste on top of waffles. It very well could work but I genuinely like this the way it is. Here’s where I’m torn. Based on the intention I’d have to say 4 stars for the missing waffle. But I just can’t justify robbing this of 5 stars because it tastes amazing.

If you're hesitant to venture into florals let this recipe be the stepping stone in. This is an extremely satisfying mix right here. I have zero clue what Rose is supposed to taste like and I've only dabbled in Lychee and Hibiscus so I can't exactly speak to the technical parts of this but its seriously good. I went into this thinking it would be overbearing with floral because of the multiple floral flavors used but I’ll be damned that’s just not the case. INW Raspberry backs up the floral combo so well and gives it a sweet, deep flavor that just works so well. I have no clue if it was even ever considered, but not using the Ice Cream Trinity here was 100% the right thing to do. The low percentage of LB VIC brings the perfect ice cream mouthfeel and is bolstered by the Vanilla Swirl which I think works fantastically with the "lighter" floral. I think if HS FVIC was in here it would just mess up the vibe of the whole thing. It's to heavy and malty for this. Long story short this is a fantastic example of florals done well. It's bright, sweet and creamy while still showcasing the floral flavors.

Booze at the Malt Shop Hello Chocolate Milkshake! I'm getting a fantastic thick malty chocolate milkshake with a touch of booze. Not an in your face booze but just kinda mixed into the milkshake. I really like the use of FLV Rich Cinnamon to add a bit of spice to the Bourbon. I'm a little torn here, as I kinda despise TFA Toasted Almond because while it does a great job selling that toasted spice, it leaves me with a noticeable dry finish at the end of the vape. Now, that's not exclusive to this recipe, it's just something that I've always experienced with that flavor in mixes. It very well could be a "me problem" but I figure it's worth mentioning. The more and more I vape this the more the bourbon begins to become more prominent which is pretty neat because at first I was kinda feeling like it should have been more forward. This is honestly a really cool recipe and my only real gripe/thing I'd change would be dropping TFA Toasted Almond all together.

Fried Flowers So I’m for sure getting flowers. There’s no doubt about that. I’m getting a subtle little taste of powdered sugar in back of the Elderflower. I’m am however having a very hard time picking up any of the fried dough part. I’m getting a super trace amount of it. Almost like when you walk into a bakery and you can smell the doughy pastry in the air. It’s very light which is surprising considering the amounts used in the mix. This was mixed on 12/15 and I’m just getting into it on the 16/17th of January. I’m partly curious if maybe I’m not getting the full fried dough experience because it was lost to too long of a steep. I really enjoy the concept of this mix. I would definitely like to see how it is either after a few days steep or maybe with the Zeppola bumped a bit to make it more pronounced.
