This recipe started because I received a lot of good feedback on my 1-2-3 Banana Custard. I also went on to try about 50 different banana flavorings for this episode of Noted.

The biggest complaint I was getting was that TFA Banana Cream brought out a little bit of runtiness for some people. I eliminated that issue by swapping it for FLV Banana. FLV Banana is the creamiest banana out there and has an amazing mouthfeel. Unfortunately, it also comes with a little bit of a laffy taffy flavor.

I really did not want to make another plain Banana Custard so I decided to adapt this for a pod. This involved tinkering with the %s a bit, but the end result is amazing. Also, since it is a pod, the laffy taffy notes from FLV Banana do not seem to be coming through. This retains all the flavor from the original recipe, but it adds a better mouthfeel, has no candy off-notes, and is built for the convenience of your pod/MTL devices!

This mix started out as a bourbon cream and ended up with us pouring some of your granddad’s “special drink” into a McDonald’s chocolate shake (on those rare occasions where their ice cream machine is actually working).

This mix was a collaboration between @Foment_Life and I on the DIY eJuice Discord

The first draft was 3% Bavarian Cream, 2.5% TFA Kentucky Bourbon, .1% FLV Rich Cinnamon, 1% FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic), 2% VT Chocolate Mousse, and 1.5% TFA Marshmallow (but we both “oopsied” the marshmallow to about 1.8%).

We agreed that it already pretty much tasted like a McDonald’s shake, but wasn’t really what we were going for. We threw around a few ideas, and eventually landed on TFA Toasted Almond at 1.5%. This ended up adding a nice bit of smokiness that really helped sell the bourbon that was lacking a bit. The only problem, and maybe it was because I was dehydrated, but the mix started making my mouth super dry. We decided to let it sit a few days and see if the cream thickens up and helps out with the dryness.

A few people tested it out for us and really seemed to enjoy it, but we still thought it could be improved. We tried it after a few days steep and the cream really helped moisten the mix up. The dryness issue was pretty much eliminated. Really, the only thing that we thought could be improved was the bourbon. Unfortunately, I only had TFA Kentucky Bourbon to work with, but we both agreed that FLV Bourbon would be a good fit after Foment described it as a more woody/smokey bourbon than TFA Kentucky Bourbon. So Foment mixed up the new bottle and thought that was it. I added the FLV Bourbon to my cart, mixed it up, and fell in love.

Quick notes:
TFA Marshmallow, TFA Bavarian Cream, and VT Chocolate Mousse make up our chocolate milkshake base.

FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) is there to help bolster and add some richness to the chocolate.

TFA Kentucky Bourbon and FLV Bourbon are the secret ingredient.

And last but not least, the FLV Rich Cinnamon and TFA Toasted Almond are there to add some extra smokiness and spice to the booze.

Nothing is going to taste bad if you vape this early, however it does take about 7-10 days to reach its peak.

Simple 1-2-3 banana custard.

I wanted a simple shake and vape banana custard for when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to wait on a long steep.

INW Custard is amazing and doesn’t require a steep, this was an obvious choice.

VT Banana Custard adds a realistic banana while bolstering the custard base

TFA Banana Cream was used to bring the custard and banana together. By itself, Banana Cream has a nice banana pudding flavor and it brought the other two flavors together nicely.

Can definitely be a SNV, but it does get better with a few days steep

The pineapple guava combo is just pure lust. On Lust Island they pour that sweet syrupy mix all over you and lick it off. Adding a little smoothie action never hurt anyone. Even a little prick(cactus) goes a long way here. Once you try it, you'll never want to leave Lust Island.

This was a collaboration between @humanpuck and I.

I don't what to say about "Summer Drink" that is not self-explained by its name. It is a super refreshing vape that is perfect for these hot Arizona days. The honeydew and lime combination works so well, and the peach fits perfectly into the mix. Definitely going to be a new ADV.

When I first was told about this recipe, I was all for it. Right off the bat you have white chocolate, yogurt, and lime. Sprinkled with some graham cracker, this recipe is absolutely amazing.

This is one of those recipes that delivers exactly what it says it was going to deliver. You get every layer and flavor promised.

INW Custard really is amazing. The fact that this recipe allows you to have an amazing custard as a SNV that only gets better with a few days steep is pretty amazing.

3 flavor masterpiece!

I really enjoyed this recipe and it is very true to its name. TFA Banana Nut Bread is obviously the star here and is actually a decent stand alone flavor. The only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I did not really see what 3% of CAP Sugar Cookie was doing for it. CAP Sugar Cookie is often used at higher percentages and for good reason. I think if it was either upped a bit percentage wise or replaced with something to add a bit more spice, this recipe would be even better. However, for a super quick and easy 3 ingredient recipe, this is definitely tasty.

This kiwi "cheesecake" is incredible. Easily a 5-star recipe for me. I tasted this as a SNV and then again after 3 days, and although it really is great off the shake, Id10-t was right in saying that it is even better after a few days steep. For only 9% total flavoring, the flavor you get from this is insane. FA Kiwi is a fantastic flavor and the FA Meringue balances it out very well. There is not really anything to compare it to since it really is not a cheesecake. The closest thing I can think of is a kiwi parfait without the yogurt.

This is now in my top 3 favorite recipes. When mixing at this low of an overall percentage, it is amazing how you can tell exactly what each individual flavor is doing for the recipe. EdibleMalfunction's Blueberry Trinity was the perfect choice for this recipe and paired perfectly with the ice cream and cheesecake.

I bought the actual drink from Starbucks before vaping this so I could compare the juice directly to the drink, and holy crap. It is about as close as you can get to recreating the actual drink in vape form. I added 1% WS-23 and .5% CAP SS, but I like my teas cold and sweet. For "normal" people, you probably don't need more than .25% sweetener, if any.

If I am being completely honest, I thought I would hate this. Breakfast vapes and peanut butter vapes have always been very off-putting to me, but I decided to give this a shot. I was very surprised to find that this was the first breakfast AND peanut butter recipe that I didn't hate. I vaped the entire 15ml bottle I made up and even made another one after that. It still is not my favorite profile and definitely not an ADV, but this definitely deserves 5 stars as I think people who like this type of profile to begin with will absolutely love it.

Wintermint Dream. That’s not a typo. If you’re a fan of shamrock shakes, then you have to mix this recipe. The cream and mint are perfectly balanced, and Foment_Life was right when he said that the cream knocks the high percentage of WS-23 down to a tolerable level.

I was actually working on a strawberry shortcake recipe when somebody told me about this one. It is very tasty and deserves a mix. The CAP golden butter does a good job at selling at the cake, but I still didn’t get enough. INW Shisha Strawberry and CAP Sweet Strawberry were the perfect choices for this mix. When I mix this again, I will probably try increasing the yellow cake to 4%

I’m a huge fan of mango and grape, so this was an easy mix for me to enjoy. Doubled with the fact that it’s a simple 1-2-3, makes it a 5-star recipe in my book.

The 10ml sample I made didn’t even last 24 hours from when I started vaping it. I was lucky enough to try the cream base from this recipe before it was released. I can confirm that this base works very well with strawberries as well as pear. I imagine you can throw whatever fruit combo you want at it and it will be good. The combo of TFA Pear and FA Pear really stands out here with a little help from FA Fuji. FA Pear and FA Fuji add just the right amount of juiciness and TFA Pear seems to bring more of the actual pear flavor. Very good.

Cranberry Sprite? Maybe. Delicious? Definitely. It’s pretty much impossible to get real effervescence in vape form, but the combination of CAP Lemon Lime and VT Fizzy Sherbet does a pretty damn good job.

Super refreshing sweet and tart fruit lemonade. The tartness from the FLV Lemonade and little bit you get from FA Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) pairs nicely with the sweet blueberry. Blueberries and kiwi do indeed go well together and this shows the combination off brilliantly.

I was never so excited to try something I never even thought I wanted. Everything came together perfectly for this mix.

Fantastic recipe that really shows off what a fantastic flavor FLV Guanabana is. It’s a great take on a tropical recipe while not going the typical tropical route.
User: UnappreciatedRobot Score: 5 Entered: 10 months ago
I really enjoyed this 1-2-3 recipe. The combo of FA Fuji and FA Liquid Amber is really nice and I am definitely going to be trying it with other recipes. And what doesn't go better with a little bourbon? Simple, full of flavor, and perfect for fall.

I am not going to be able to add anything that others have not already said. It is straight up cola, and it is magical.

This may just be 1% FLV Elderflower added to @eyemakepizza's ice cream base, but it completely transforms the base. The elderflower pairs so well with the vanilla ice cream that I was shocked when I first vaped this. It may be my new favorite ice cream vape. Great job on this one!

This was pretty good, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I may mix this again and drop the CAP SS to .25 or remove it completely. I will be sure to update my review at that point, because other than the overbearing sweetness, this was really good.

This was a fantastic and realistic chocolate milk. Glad I finally picked up OOO Cream Milky for this recipe!

Extremely refreshing. The honeysuckle added a nice sweetness to the fruit medley here. Paired it with a Passionfruit beer and they went excellent together.

I do not think there is a recipe with CAP Sweet Guava that I have not loved, and this one is no different. I have been obsessed with prickly pear drinks and candy lately, and this was extremely accurate. I really want to try taking this and adding a soda base to it!

Tested using: C4: 28gx3/38 g stainless steel fused Clapton at 45-60 watts This one is pretty light on the nose. What I am getting smells really good and kind of like a combination of spices, which would make sense for a bread pudding recipe. Wow. This is amazing right from the start. Everything that was promised is in here. Apple, booze, and a bread soaked in custard. I can't even begin to guess what might be in here other than maybe PUR Country Apple because the apple tastes cooked. I had to look at the recipe right away on this one because I really wanted to know how you got the bread pudding aspect in this. This recipe is almost hard to write a review for because there is not anything that I am wishing was here and there is nothing that I would take out. The combination of FE French Toast and FA Zeppola make a very convincing "bread," INW Custard was the perfect custard choice, and the spices from FLV Eggnog and FW Hazelnut make me really want to try your real life recipe. My only complaint is now I have to buy FLV eggnog and FE French Toast. Amazing recipe Fo!

I was lucky enough to be blessed by a fellow member with some HHGRY4. Unfortunately I now hate that individual and Mr. Pizza since I have a very limited amount I can make of this recipe. Pineapple and white chocolate sounds kind of odd, and then throwing some sweet sweet RY4 on top of it sounds like an odd combination, but it works so well here. The pineapple is definitely the main flavor that you get up front. That is followed up by a very odd white chocolate/caramel/vanilla note that is very weird, but somehow works perfectly. The combo of INW Pineapple and CAP Golden Pineapple is amazing, and VT Love is probably my favorite white chocolate, so I really can't find anything to complain about. If you have any HHGRY4, I highly recommend mixing this weird, but delicious, recipe!

I enjoyed this mix a lot. The combination of INW Shisha Strawberry and FA Red Touch do a fantastic job at selling a sweet syrupy strawberry. The ice cream trinity obviously is amazing and is a really good choice for this recipe. The only part I am having trouble with is the waffle. It definitely is not bad, I just feel as though its missing some sort of body. If something could be added to thicken up the overall waffle side of this recipe, I think it would be perfect. It has a lot to compete with since the strawberry and ice cream combo are pretty strong.

I did not get any of the play-dough from CAP Funnel Cake that ID10-T talked about. But, I also have not tried it on its own, so I didn't know that CAP Funnel Cakehad a play-dough taste to it and I may have just overlooked it due to it being deliciously covered up with everything else. As always, the ice cream trinity rocks. It is hard to imagine anything using an ice cream base and not using the trinity at this point. The combination of all of the cinnamon flavors, mixed with JF Biscuit, really provides a solid churro flavor and mouthfeel. Great mix!

The berry selection you picked works really well with the lemon. I’m actually not getting a super distinct lemon taste, but It’s there just enough to boost those berries. Lemon is known for brightening blueberry, so I think using it to brighten your berry base was a really smart choice. I really enjoy the FLV lemonade and VT fizzy sherbet combo as well. The fizzy sherb kind of gives the lemonade a “sparkling vibe.” Overall, I really enjoyed this mix and will definitely be adding this to my refreshing summer vapes rotation.

Really good peach lemonade, especially for use in pod devices! Everything comes through pretty well which I was a little worried about. The only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lemonade seems to fade after a a few days, which LA Lemonade is known to do and is an issue when the juice is designed for a pod. Might be able to fix this by adding a bit of something like FLV Lemonade.

This was my first lychee recipe, and I am very glad I picked this one! It is sweety, juicy, and just a tad floral from the honeysuckle. Everything ties together quite nicely and I immediately went and made more after my tester was gone!

Really delicious introduction to FLV Yakima Hops! The citrus pairs really nice with the hoppiness and the cooling gives it kind of an IPA vibe.

I finally was able to mix this after months of trying to find one of the missing flavors in stock. Very glad that I was finally able to track the flavor down since this is delicious. I am a huge huge fan of Largo's Lament, and I am now torn on which one I like better. Largo's Lament has an amazing addition of white chocolate which I really enjoyed, but this is the perfect key lime recipe. At the end of the day, I have to give it to largo milk just for the fact that it reaches full potential in about half the time that Largo's Lament does!

So, going into this, based off the name alone, I am assuming this is going to use the amazing cream base from DAAPled pears. Just based off smell, I can’t quite figure out what was thrown at the cream base this time. It smells fruity and maybe like kiwi? Well, kiwi is definitely not in this mix. I’m almost positive it is honeydew, but I am not sure what else is in it. It is bright, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. I really hope I have all the flavors to mix more of this, because I am already about half way through the bottle and I really don’t want it to be gone. This is probably the hardest review I’ve had to write for MC just because it is so good. I don’t really have anything to complain about. Looking at the recipe, I’m surprised I couldn’t pick up on the lime. It does a brilliant job, paired with FA Aurora, of really boosting the flavor of the honeydew. Sorry this review is so short Fo, brilliant job.

Reviewed as part of the Mixer's Club. I am not giving this a star rating since I don't feel like it is a recipe I would have mixed up on my own since I do not typically like cherry vapes. They all unfortunately taste medicinal to me. However, if you enjoy cherry vapes, this may be a fantastic recipe for you to try out! Every other aspect of it was really really good. Just from smell, I am guessing the pink is strawberry. Definitely something else in there, but I cannot place it on smell alone. Whoa, based off of smell, this is not what I was expecting at all. I have now changed my mind from strawberry to cherry. I think I am sensitive to the medicinal off-notes of cherries because all of my medicine as a child was cherry flavored, but this one is extremely minor and not offensive at all. Definitely some sort of custard/pudding/cream mixture in here, but I cannot place any of the individual flavors. Whatever it is, t is definitely tasty and thick. I am also getting some vanilla in the background, but most custards and pudding seem to be vanilla flavored by default. After looking at the recipe, I am very confused. I get the strawberry off the smell, but only taste the cherry when actually vaping. I’m actually really embarrassed that I can’t taste any of the CAP Sweet Guava either since it is one of my favorite flavors. However, I normally use it a bit higher cus I like the “funkiness” that it brings. I think using INW Custard to thicken FLV Vanilla Pudding up was a smart move and works very well. The vanilla is nice as well, so I’m glad that little bit of FLV Smooth Vanilla was added to help out FLV Vanilla Pudding. Overall, I really enjoyed the recipe, but I personally didn’t get any strawberry or Sweet Guava. That is more than likely just me though since I’m very sensitive to the cherry.

I have no idea how to begin describing this mix. To quote the “great” Guy Fieri, “We’re takin’ you on a road rockin’ trip down to Flavortown, where the gravitational force of bacon warps the laws of space and time.” Except you can take out bacon and replace it with this mix. I get a little bit of tobacco, a good amount of floral, and a hint of sweetness. All I know at this point is that it is delicious and I can’t put it down. Nothing in this mix makes sense. Why does it work? Blackberry tobacco? Sure, that sounds good. Lavender tobacco? I don’t see why not. Even red dates tobacco could probably work. But the 3 together? You are a mastermind. I have no idea how you chose these flavors, or how you made them work, but it really does. If I really try, I can now pick out each flavor, but if you aren’t really concentrating, they all meld together into a delicious, yet confusing, vape. I really don’t have any critics for this mix. It is awesome.

This is my favorite version of DAAPled Pears so far. The cream base has been talked about enough, but it goes to show how versatile it is. The dark berry combo on this was perfectly picked and I highly recommend everybody who enjoys any sort of cream recipe to mix this one up. A constant in my ADV cycle.
