A simple pineapple smoothie with light vanilla undertones, that keeps me coming back for more. Sugarloaf pineapple and pineapple INW paired together, is delicious. A splash of pineapple TFA adds that extra top end kick. Yogurt, sweet cream, and a touch of vanilla bean ice cream complete the smoothie base. To finish it off, add a splash of ws-23 and Purilum super sweet (adjust cooling and sweetner to your liking).

I use a 0.25 - 0.30 ohm N80 quad core fused clapton between 30 - 50 watts. I use both an rda and rta.

I did update the recipe... The original recipe was getting to dry after a few days and pineapple juicy was the cause.

A thick and smooth, refreshing, natural banana mango ice cream. No runts or candy here.

I got the idea of adding buttercream frosting to my ice cream base from a suggestion from @diydownunderpippa - frosting episode. Love this idea!

*If your a pepper taster, use Capellas or Liquid Barn's Vanilla Ice Cream and drop it by 1%.

The mango is layered with FE mango and CAP sweet mango. Sweet mango rounds out the layer and aids in emulsifying the recipe.

The banana layer uses my favorite banana, VT banana custard. I added a touch of LA banana cream to round out the layer.

A touch of WS-23 (30% solution), was added to chill the recipe creating an ice cream, opposed to a warm cream. This is optional and adjust to your liking.

A splash of super sweet was added to give it a little extra sweetness. Adjust it to your liking.

I enjoy this on a Rebirth using a single N80 quad core fused clapton coil (.34 ohm) @ 40 - 55 watts.

If you mix this, please give your feedback. It's welcomed :)

Berry Be Jammin is a full flavored, saturated berry jammy syrup, with light buttery bakery backnotes. This is probably my favorite recipe I've ever created, and I'm happy to share it.

For the strawberry portion of the recipe, I used a combination of 3 flavors. VT Strawberry Glazed is used to add that unique glazed effect and it can't be subbed. INW Shisha Strawberry adds extra syrupy depth and TFA Strawberry adds sweet candy notes.

*I updated this recipe when WF Strawberry Gummy Candy was released. The small amount used really helped the end result. If you don't have it, you can omit it, but I highly recommend this valuable flavor.

To add a darker sweet cooked berry note, FW Wild Berry Cobbler is added to accomplish this. The addition of this flavor keeps you coming back for more, and at 1%, it doesn't take over the recipe. If you have not tried this flavor, it's absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it.

To bring all the flavors together and give it some needed weight, I used FA Vanilla Ice Cream/Gelato.

To thicken up the jam/syrup, a touch of VT Vanilla Buttercream Frosting is used as well as WF Strawberry Gummy Candy.

FA Graham Crust adds a nice subtle buttery banknote, along with the buttercream frosting.

To give this recipe a really nice saturated mouth feel, I used CAP Super Sweet. Initially, I had this at a higher percentage 0.7%, but have now lowered it after vaping thru so much of this. If you're sensitive to sweetness, use FW sucralose instead. Use it at your preferred percentage or omit it.

If your looking for a wonderful after meal vape, look no further. After you try it, don't be surprised if you're reaching for it all day.

This recipe really shines in an RDA. I enjoy it the most in the Recurve RDA and now the Jenna. To fully enjoy what it has to offer, push it with a good amount of heat.

If you do mix this, I would love to hear your feedback. In return, I will mix a recipe of yours, rate it, and give you some honest feedback.

Steep time: Give this 2-3 days to start to develop, but you can definitely give it a go right off the shake. The buttery notes need a good 10 days to become present.

It's delicious and it holds up to long steeps. I've had this in my daily rotation since development, and plan on keeping it that way.

I've been on a yogurt kick lately and my mission has been to make a mango yogurt. While developing this recipe, I decided to try to add cooling agents after many variations to see if it would benefit the recipe and it definitely did.

The goal was to create a thick creamy yogurt that was slightly tangy and had delicious mango. I settled on using Cap Creamy Yogurt for the body, Cap Greek Yogurt for the extra tang, and VT Yoghurt Base to help make it pop (VT Yoghurt has a slight citrus note).

For the mango, I could have just settled on using the great FLV Mango but decided to add VT Shisha Mango. This combo gave it alot more depth and added more juiciness. I love these paired together.

Now onto the cooling. I decided to add VT Sorbet for the effect. It has a slight citrus note, lemon and lime, that work well with the Mango at helping it pop. The citrus is not noticeable in the mix. I wanted to add a little more cooling without going overboard with it so I settled on FA Polar Blast. It comes out to 1 drop per 10ml. This is chilled and it's definitely not overpowering.

Use sweetener to your liking. I like it with Cap Super Sweet at 0.50%

After many variations, I'm happy to release this.

This is a shake and vape, but the flavors pop after 2-3 days. I primarily use the Recurve, Wasp, Hadaly, Troll RTA, Serpent Mini, and mix it at 70VG. I don't like a real hot vape and usually use a resistance between 0.25 - 0.50

I have not tested this on sub ohm tanks since I don't like them, so I really don't know how this would taste in one.

Enjoy!

Who doesn't like a refreshing sorbet? With spring right around the corner and my trip to Florida coming up soon, it was time to make a refreshing vape to bring with me. This is my take on a lime and coconut sorbet.

I understand many people will not have Vape Train's Sorbet Base, get it if you can. Chefsflavours carries it. It's a magical potion. When you get it, be careful not to get too heavy handed with it, as you will mute the sharper notes. Without this flavor, the recipe is still good, it just doesn't have the sorbet effect.

For the lime note, it was a no brainer to use Lime FLV, because it tastes like sweet lime slushy juice. It's a phenomenal flavor that holds its potency as the juice ages. I could have used it as the only lime flavoring, but, I experimented with a few other limes to add. When I tried adding Lime Tahity Distilled FA for some zest, it just filled the lime note out so well. This is optional.

The coconut note is not very strong in this recipe, and that's what I was going for. Sweet Coconut FLV is what I decided to use. It's a milky coconut that sits nicely in the recipe, and comes out more after a few days. If you want more coconut, I added Coconut Candy TFA at 0.75% in my different variations while developing this recipe.

For the base of the recipe, I chose Frozen Yogurt WF. It's a sweet, creamy and not very tart. This is a great flavor. I experimented using Vanilla Bean Ice Cream by FW and TFA, but decided that the frozen yogurt worked better for my liking.

To sweeten it up, I added 0.50% of Super Sweet. This is optional. It's pretty sweet without it.

Additional cooling agents are optional. The Sorbet base provides some cooling effect.

I tested many different variations and I'm happy to release this.

Enjoy!

With this rework of my recipe, I wanted to emphasize the kiwi and strawberry, and remove any noticeable cream. This recipe is much juicier than the original. Another aspect I wanted to change was to make the kiwi more tart. I accomplished this by adding more FA kiwi and less FW. Adding TFA dragonfruit and removing TFA whipped cream, made the fruits pop. I had to share this recipe, I can't put it down. If you like candy like profiles, give this one a mix.

This recipe is a sweet strawberry and tart kiwi, blended with dragonfruit.

The strawberry is candyish, juicy, chewy, ripe, and slightly syrupy. I used Strawberry Harvest JF for the main strawberry note. It's a clean candyish strawberry that is chewy and somewhat similar to Juicy Strawberry FA, but I personally like strawberry harvest more. I boosted the strawberry with Strawberry TFA and made it pop with Dragonfruit TFA.

The kiwi note is tart and candyish. I used Kiwi FW for the candy note, and layered Kiwi FA on top of it, for its tartness.

I wanted to add some Vanilla since it goes so well with fruits. I decided to use Vanilla Bean Ice Cream by FW, because it's a plain vanilla that does not add alot of weight, nor cream, at this percentage.

To sweeten it up, I added 0.50% of Super Sweet. This is optional. It's pretty sweet without any added sweetener.

Feedback is welcomed. If you mix up my recipe and review it, in return, I will mix up a recipe of yours and give you an honest review.

I tested many different variations of flavors and percentages, and I'm happy to release this other version.

This is a shake and vape, but the flavors pop after 2 days. I vape this in various rda's and rta's (primarily the wasp and serpent mini), and usually mix it at 60-70VG. I don't like a hot vape and usually use a resistance around .5 Enjoy!

*I initially posted this recipe with Red Touch Strawberry FA @ 2% instead of Strawberry TFA.

Fun fact. The origin of the lemon is unknown, though lemons are thought to have first grown in Assam (a region in northeast India), northern Burma or China.

This is a lemon frosted vanilla cupcake that focuses on the cake aspect. You get delicious vanilla cake followed by nice sweet lemon frosting. The lemon frosting is apparent, but not in your face. FE lemon is perfect for the frosting. I really wanted to focus on separating both the cake and frosting.

This is a recipe I worked on since mid November and mixed many variations. Mix it up and leave some feedback.

In return, I will mix up one of your recipes and give you an honest review.

I vape this primarily in an rda (Wasp).

Steep time: 5 days

Good as a shake and vape but like anything with cake notes, a few days really helps bring this recipe together.

Vanilla Cupcake TFA:

Cake base.

Yellow Cake FW:

Cake base.

Lemon FE:

Sweet and tart candied lemon for the frosting.

Vanilla Cupcake CAP:

The frosting.

Meringue FA:

The frosting.

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream TFA:

Boost the frosting, vanilla, and adds some weight to the cake without making it too dense. This brings the recipe together.

Super Sweet CAP:

Using this at 0.5% adds enough sweetness while not overpowering the tartness of the lemon. This is optional.

Acetyl Pyrazine TFA:

This really helps bring out the grainy note. This is not an ingredient that must be used, but really does make a difference.

This is a refreshing Cucumber Cooler, infused with lime and mint. Perfect for a hot day or as a palette cleanser.

Capella's Cucumber is semi sweet and has the taste the inner portion of a ripe cucumber. It has some nice weight/mouthfeel, and is a delicious flavor.

Flavorah's Cucumber is very refreshing and less ripe than Capellas offering. This flavor tastes more like the outer half of a less ripened cucumber. It to has a little sweetness, and helps round out Capella's Cucumber.

Flavour Art's Lime Cold Pressed is crisp and refreshing.

Capella's Lemon Lime helps round out the citrus note of this recipe.
*This flavor was added after the initial posting.

Inawera Cactus adds extra succulence.
*This flavor was added after the initial posting.

To finish off the recipe, I added Inawera's Natural Mint. It's a clean refreshing mint that works nicely in this recipe. 1 drop per 15ml, or 1 drop per 10ml, if you prefer more mint.

*Optional - If you want to add some juiciness along with some extra sweetness without using a sweetner, add Flavour Art Pear @ 1-1.25%

Feedback is welcomed. If you mix this and review it, in return, I will mix a recipe of yours and give you an honest review. Enjoy!

For those who haven’t tried this popular Thai dessert, it’s a beautiful pairing of fresh ripe mango slices with sticky glutinous rice cooked in sweetened coconut milk and honey.

Once Wayne released his Yeo layer consisting of Sweet Rice by Flavor Express, this was the recipe I sought out to make. A big thank you to Wayne for his Yeo layer and learning alot about Mangoes from ID10-T.

Here is the breakdown of the recipe (my 18th version).

Mango Layer:
- Mango (FLV) - wonderful thick almost syrupy Mango. You need this Mango in your life
- Mango (CAP) - need this ripe Mango to sit on the lower spectrum.
- Mango SC (RF) - delicious nectar like Mango
- Mango (FE) - this is another nectar like Mango that sits as the top note of the Mango. This flavor in combination with Real Flavors Mango is delicious.

Wayne's Yeo Layer:
- Sweet Rice (FE) - get it now
- Meringue (TFA)
- Vanilla Swirl (TFA)

Coconut Layer:
- Sweet Coconut (FLV) - absolutely love this Coconut
- Coconut Candy (TFA) - this works so well with Sweet Coconut and completes the Coconut base

Cream Layer:
- Sweet Cream (CAP) - this is a wonderful cream for this recipe. Not to heavy and just works.
*I tried Cream Fresh (FA) but felt Sweet Cream (CAP) worked better.

Mango Enhancer:
- Lime Tahiti Cold Pressed (FA)

Sweetener:
- Honey (FA) - this needs to be used sparingly, but done right, it takes it to another level and adds mouthfeel - optional but highly recommended. 1 drop per 15ml (Original FA bottle)
- Sweetener (TFA) - used not only to add some sweetness but also the Ethyl Maltol to enhance the Mango

Mix it up and enjoy. I mix this at 60 to 70 VG and is shake and vape approved. Give it 3 to 5 days for the cream and coconut to come out. As always, feedback is truthfully wanted. This was a very difficult recipe to balance and get to the point of feeling it was ready to share with the community.

*My preferred way to vape this is in a Kayfun V5 or my other various RTA's.

This recipe is ridiculous! This IS Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. I was thinking this would get old after a while... I was wrong. Absolutely great work on this recipe!

You nailed this profile perfectly! Come to think of it, this would even go great with coffee, ice cream, etc using it as a base additive.

This just gets better and better as time goes on. The addition of whipped cream in this remix is just perfect. It's not to rich and fits perfectly within the added pineapple and coconut. Mix it up, sit back and enjoy. Absolutely delicious!

I saw your video and immediately wanted to mix this up. Only problem was... I didn't have Devon Cream. I had to purchase the flavor so it was a great reason to get even more flavors. I'm so glad I mixed this up! It's creamy, has nice texture, the strawberry is nice and sweet, and the cinnamon fills out the recipe perfectly. It's been 5 days since I mixed it up, and it just keeps getting better and better. Great job on this! The lingering smell from the vapor is heavenly.

This is so good! Thick ice cream and creamy peanut butter. Tried this per Chef John's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. This is the perfect peanut butter recipe. Great job!

Since hearing about this on the Noted episode, I've been waiting for you to release the recipe. I'm writing this review 12 days after mixing, so it's probably going to change a little. This is my first time using Pandoro (had the ingredient for a good 6 months), so I don't have any recipes to compare the use of this ingredient to. As far as the recipe goes, it's very good. You definitely get lemon in this recipe. It hits you in the face the first couple pulls, then it calms down and it's not overpowering. The frosting is present, but I think can be a little heavier to separate it from the cupcake (this may change with a longer steep). I wouldn't change anything with the cream filling nor cupcake. Overall, it's a very good recipe. The only thing I would tweak is the frosting. Adding a sweeter lemon might help the frosting, but I might be wrong. Maybe adding some FE Lemon might help this. I rate this a 4.25 / 5.00 Thank you for the share!

I mixed this up only after making sure I had the original FA Yogurt. I don't get why so many people dislike this flavor. This flavor blew me away when I first tried it. I thought I had the original version until @LiquidAntlers steered me in the right direction. The original FA is creamy, tart, and full flavored. It's my new favorite flavor. This recipe is so good even after you mix it. I had to hide it so I wouldn't vape thru it before a few days had past. It's now been a few days, and is only getting better and better. It's perfectly balanced. I can't compare this to Downside by Schwartz, since I've never had it. What I do know is I'm mixing 120ml after this review. The blueberry is absolutely perfect. It's sweet and slightly tart and sits wonderfully in this creamy authentic Greek yogurt. It does go great with coffee as suggested, and the flavor matches the description. This is subjective but the only thing I can think of changing is, lowering the sweetener maybe a 0.25%, but again, it's subjective and by no means is the sweetener overpowering. Great job on this recipe and thank you for steering me in the right direction with the original FA Yogurt!

Going through all your recipes, I decided that I wanted to give this one a mix. I was missing FLV blueberry so I made sure to purchase it with my last order. On to the recipe. At first shake, the blueberry was bright and this was coming from the FLV blueberry. After letting it sit for a good week and a half, this recipe is really good. It's creamy and the vanilla note is really nice. The blueberry has pushed it's way to the back and the crumble has come thru with a light coconut note. It's a nice pleasant vape that is very satisfying, not overly sweet, and doesn't kill my tastebuds after vaping it all day. You did a really good job on this recipe! Great use of the flavors you chose and balanced perfectly. Also, thank you for the review you posted on my recipe!

Mixed this up after watching the Root Beer Noted episode. 5 days in after the mix and this is absolutely phenomenal! Balanced very well and the root beer is not over powering as the mixer intended. The chocolate mixed with vanilla ice cream and root beer is VERY good. If you like root beer floats and chocolate, mix it and love it. Lovely lingering root beer after taste.

Gave this a mix and was very happy I did. It's simple yet so good. It's not strawberry forward which was the intent of the creator. You don't need any added sweetener. I did try adding some WS-23 @ 0.25% after I went thru my 1st batch and it works great in this recipe. Great work on this lemonade!
