Super simple recipe I whipped up to open my sinuses, sweet, tarty and a breath of fresh air. The menthol in the blue alien opens your lungs just before that blue raspbery hits.

A rich, thick and sweet banana honeycomb milkshake.

WF banana purée in my recipe again shows how much I prefer it to all other bananas, it’s so realistic and gives a full mouthfeel along with that creamy custard which layers the banana beautifully this gives you the ultimate banana with a thick mouthfeel perfect in this sort of profile.

The FA milk, TFA whipped cream and FLV frosting give that sweet and fluffy milk which sits there from start to finish, emphasis on the finish!

The VTA honeycomb even at 5% is not the star of the show but makes a great partner to the banana, everyone knows banoffee is a classic and Honeycomb is cinder toffee so say hello to the new classic combination ;) (al Pacino voice)

The Super sweet is there for my personal taste but keep in mind it is subjective and you can add and subtract sweetener from this mix and it won’t take anything away from it. If you like what I do and want to support me all you have to do is rate and review my recipes if you choose to mix them up :)

I was hoping to get this done with just one concentrate but taking the hard cracked toffee too high resulted in too much coffee, I tried FW salted caramel and it was too rough by the time I got it high enough for the same caramel taste so I chose chefs choice/CCW and it worked out perfectly, there was a slight fresh cream/milk note in the original so I added 1% fresh cream. The 1st revision I made had 2% super sweet in it but the sweetness was at the front and in the original it came after the coffee/caramel so I reduced the super sweet to 0.75 and added the marshmallow which seems to layer the sweetener in the same way as the original does. This is 95% there if I fucked with the %’s a bit more I could get it 100% but it would be fiddly and so much of this clone/remix game comes down to perception and you can’t please everyone but I’m happy enough to put it out there and say “can you do better?” :)

I know there is probably some difference in concentrates between the original and the remix but it’s that close why be picky 😆

Based off of a popular commercial juice I have recreated it using only VTA concentrates and they do a bloody good job a strawberry, kiwi and bubblegum mix, this isn’t a 1:1 this is a tribute and a good one at that. Sweetener can be added if you wish, ws-23 also works a treat ;)

3 day steep to get rid of that aniseed/liquorice taste from the bubblegum base that’s present when fresh :)

Sticky banana flambé with a butterscotch and vanilla cream.

Banana purée is still the best banana in my eyes so that was a fairly easy decision here, the golden syrup and barrel oak give that flambé liquid to the mix, the GS also helps the butterscotch... the milk and honey also aids the butterscotch/vanilla cream to bring out the sticky syrupy side and also the dairy side of the cream is highlighted... the super sweet is optional as it is sweet anyway but ahh what the hell.

3 days minimum but the longer the better as always. :)

Years ago there was these little jelly beans made by starburst called "Joosters" the pink ones were by far the best so here's my tribute to the little bastard.

pink guava by flv - flavorah were kind enough to send me a big haul of their concentrates for me to try and as soon as i smelt this it hit me instantly that it was the smell of a pink jooster, after tasting the concentrate my feeling was confirmed.
super simple recipe and super good tasting too! i have also experimented and added ws-23 to this, that too was a success.
if you enjoy candy recipes then you're probably going to enjoy this :)

This is my attempt at cornbread pudding by country clouds, not a million miles away, in my opinion it's better :)

There isn't really much to explain here... the yellow cake, cereal 27 and AP make up most of the cornbread while the maple syrup keeps it all moist and sticky... the Bavarian adds a slight Caramelization while also backing up the vanilla swirl to make a good thick pudding and then the super sweet just to keep up with the original but this is in no way of the same sweetness, my version is less sweet and cloying although still sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Straight forward recipe, a combination of apples with a healthy punch of absinthe, this is pretty much apple sambuca on ice!

Buttery crumbly pastry, a layer of jam and banana, filled with custard and topped with coconut.

I’m a huge fan of a method I call the “two birds method”, showcased here by using the VTA creamy custard to aid the custard element and also that banana note without using a banana titled concentrate.

The custard - creamy custard, premium and Devon cream make up the custard here, the creamy custard adds a basic custard taste, mouthfeel and that banana note. The FA premium adds another layer and Is brilliant at lower levels of the spectrum and the Devon cream transforms all of that into your typical tinned custard taste.

The jam - VTA raspberry jam is a killer concentrate but needs help here to prolong that raspberry taste on the tongue so good old raspberry sweet comes to the rescue, both concentrates together along with super sweet give that jammy taste.

The pie crust - the apple pie, biscuit and zeppola make up the pie crust here, there’s something in zeppola that to me adds a “crumble” mouthfeel at lower percentages, along with INW biscuit, FA zeppola also has a slight coconut note which helps the coconut out by giving it another dimension.

The coconut - fairly explanatory... the FA coconut adds a nice coconut taste while making the whole vape fresh and moist, along with the zeppola it’s a really good coconut flavour that I’m happy with.

Please rate and review if you make it 😊

Sweet, juicy vibrant strawberries dipped in a vanilla pouring cream, If you remember those little red and white sweets “campino” and you were fond of them then you will be fond of this recipe too 😊

Strawberries and cream has been done many, many times and this is just my spin on it.. if you find you like it then please rate it accordingly :)

All feedback is appreciated.

Top class custard that could only be made better by dropping the CCI completely or replacing with VT VBCF, I’m a huge fan of putting bakery elements in custards to fill them them out and add a sweet eggy richness and FW yellow cake does that brilliantly... overall this is a really good custard and kudos to the creator, don’t be put off by the name it in no way reflects the taste of the recipe :)

Everything you could want in a strawberry milk, sweet syrupy silky strawberry milk, nice deep thick mouthfeel, if you like strawberry/cream recipes this ones for you.

I can see where the fascination would have come from for this but i think with the concentrates available today it loses its appeal, but still a good mix nonetheless.

Didn’t have the pear so I used 0.25 Vta pear halves just to add the vibe but to not disrupt tams original recipe. I’m fond of the strawberry watermelon combo so this appealed to me, it’s a lovely mix, of I could change one thing I would swap the strawberry gummy and watermelon candy percentages around but that’s subjective because I like the strawberry to peep over the watermelon. 5 star mix if I ever tasted one :) good job tam, one day I’ll let you take ownership of the jammy berry title ❤️
