I was home sick with the flu today. I wanted something I could vape that would help with my sore throat and my sinuses so I finally got to bust out my menthol flavors (I'm not usually a menthol guy). FLV Red Apple is usually fairly dry by itself at this % but when backed by FA Fuji it helped create a very cool and sweet apple. So if you're home sick, feel like poop, but you still want to vape, give this a shot. I can personally say this is S&V certified.

\\Steep Time: 7-10 days
\\Mixed at: 70vg/30pg
\\Update: This is still delicious after 10 days or so, but if you're patient the butter pecan seriously starts to shine after 3 weeks. Enjoy!

This is something I have put a lot of time into and I think I'm ready to share it. With most of my recipes I never feel like they are "done" but I like to think this is ready to present at least. This is my twist on a stroopwafel, but with cinnamon and a butter pecan filling. On to the notes!

We be Stroopin: The Stroopwafel part is fairly straightforward, INW Biscuit and LB Belgian Waffle bring out the main stroopwafel for this recipe, but I added some CAP CDS to help support the bakery notes, but not too much, and adds a great cinnamon flavor to it. I was playing with JF Biscuit between 0.5%-1%, but I think it was adding an off/cookie kind of note and a little too much soft mouthfeel, so INW made a great and logical replacement.

I know the % for INW Biscuit is weird, but 0.75% was a little too dry and 0.5% you can't really notice it, so 0.66% is where I put it at.

Dat filling: I originally was trying to use just FW Butter Pecan and nothing else, but after hearing the suggestion of trying OOO it came out much better, I also felt that since it was a filling it needed some support and TFA Bavarian Cream did really well with that.

The Holiest of Holys: DFS Holy Vanilla just does great with everything, it helps support the waffel, a little for the filling, and all around just makes this profile great.

Add some CAP SS to taste and you are good to go! Be sure to leave a review with your thoughts. If you don't have OOO Butter Pecan, FW is an okay replacement at 2%

UPDATE: If you're not a fan of FA Joy, sub it for 1% WF Deep Fried Pastry Dough. It's an amazing sub and gives a better texture.
NOTE: FA Joy and TFA Dragonfruit are at 2 drops p/30ml.

Steep time: Minimum 10 days, best after 14.

Welcome, this is by far the most amount of time I've spent on a recipe. I have been mixing for over a year and this is a recipe I have revisited countless times. The last one I actually released is under "Zider Donut" if you're interested in seeing the last semi-completed version, and you can see how far it's come. The original goal was to create an apple cider cake-doughnut. Back when I was a kid my mom would take us to the Louisburg Cider Mill for the fall festival. We would get hot apple cider and get a doughnut to go with it. You dipped your doughnut in the cider and you were in heaven for just a few short moments. I wanted to try and recreate the experience. I researched, tried, and failed on many batches. I ended up taking a break on it for a few months because I got so frustrated. So I mixed some other things for a while, not thinking about it, but the hunger became too great and I started again. I even labeled the batches "Don't do this to yourself again, man" but I pressed on. After may more iterations I ended up creating a profile that wasn't really what I intended, but became all the more amazing.

A long time ago Enyawreklaw told me during a live mix that a recipe like this can be pretty hard to do, but if you do it right it'll be great. This is by far my best crack at it.

I present to you an apple cider bear claw that is simply delicious. On to the notes!

Doughnut Pastry Thing: Oh thank sweet baby Jesus for FA Zeppola, this was the flavor that actually made me start working on this recipe again. It works great as a start on a doughnut and doesn't have the jelly filling that FA Joy has at high %'s. It also gives a powdered sugar note that combines well with CAP CDS for a cinnamon sugar layer on it. Swapping from FW to JF Yellow Cake helps retain the greatness of FW, but doesn't kill your coils as fast. I was still going for the cake part of the doughnut so I kept it, but it plays really well with FA Joy and Zeppola. Just 2 drops/30ml of Joy brings it together

Dat Apple Cinnamon Doh: Creating something that realistically creates an Apple Cider profile is a huge pain in the ass. I tried a FA Fuji/FA Liquid Amber combo for a while, which worked okay, but still didn't bring it to where I wanted. When I first read that HS Apple Mix had an apple cider taste to it I immediately picked up some to try, and man did it make a difference. It definitely has an apple-cidery (is that a word?) taste on it's own, but it also has an almost cranberry taste to it, so I backed it up with a little bit of FA Fuji Apple to help keep it apple, and back off the cranberry. CAP CDS of course helps out the rest of the apple cinnamon flavor, at 2.5% it brings an up-front cinnamon flavor but you can consider backing it off to 2% if it's too strong.

The Fuck is TFA Dragonfruit Doing in Here?: TFA Dragonfruit is your friend. At low %'s it backs up apple cinnamon combos splendidly (Strawberries too!), it helps create a baked cinnamon-apple flavor and I highly suggest it in any apple-cinnamon recipe you are considering. this is also used at 2 drops/30ml

FA Meringue: Just 1% of this stuff creates the frosting and you are done. I hope you enjoy this recipe that's been an emotional roller coaster for me.

Be sure to leave your reviews below, I'd love to hear feedback, constructive criticism, and suggestions on this since I've spent so much time on it.

This is an oatmeal biscuit/cookie with black raspberry frosting on top. I fell in love with making something Oatmeal-flavored when I first tried Foo's Gold from the Plumes of Hazard. My first attempt was with TFA Oatmeal cookie and it was just awful, it tasted like burnt brown sugar and nothing else. I tried saving it by masking it with other flavors but that burnt taste stayed the same. I gave up on it for a long while, but after seeing a post on reddit of a guy making an inspired clone for foo's gold which used RF's Oatmeal Cookie I gave it a crack. The result was a great full-bodied Oatmeal flavor with some brown sugar as well. Single flavor tests were really promising but I made the mistake of getting the VG flavor. If you only have the VG flavor, you will need to use at least 8% and, at minimum, double the steep time of this (3-4 weeks total). The Super Concentrate was a life saver by having the same great flavor but cutting the steep time in half. On to the notes!

The Cookie - JF Bicuit and RF Oatmeal Cookie make up the biscuit/cookie part of the recipe. RF Oatmeal cookie is a great standalone but it lacks the full cookie flavor I was going for, JF Biscuit brings out more of the baked cookie with a hint of biscuit and backs up RF Oatmeal Cookie well. Keep in mind this is the super concentrate, not the VG-based flavor. If you use the VG-based flavor, you will need to use 8% to replace it.

Raspberry for the frosting - I've tried so many raspberries for this recipe. TFA Raspberry Sweet, INW Raspberry, and many others. All of them would start tasting like cough syrup after a while. So I sought inspiration from Real Flavors SC's again since I had good luck with them so far. RF's Black Raspberry Super Concentrate turned out to be a great choice as it's less tart then a normal raspberry.

Frosting - Though I do like LA Cream Cheese Icing, I wanted to find an icing that I knew I already enjoyed and I felt was a more full-bodied, almost store bought frosting. I had been mixing Goldfish18's Dunkaroos for a while and knew his frosting base would be a great for this (Meringue, Holy Vanilla, and Vanilla Custard V1). I slightly boosted it to help it keep up with the Oatmeal Cookie. If you haven't given Dunkaroos a try here's the link below for proper credit to his frosting greatness.

Link to Dunkaroos: https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/11276#dunkaroos_by_goldfish18
UPDATE: Goldfish' frosting base also uses 1% FW Hazelnut. I've done some test batches with it and the malt note it adds is nice but overwhelms it a little. I would suggest starting at 0.5% and working your way up til you dig it. After personal testing 0.75% Hazelnut works for me, so I'm updating the recipe as such.

Enjoy some Ruby's Oatz with a cup of coffee in the morning and you can't go wrong! I hope you all enjoy this as much as I have.

A very nice Green Apple Kiwi Yogurt. Mixed at 70VG/30PG. Suggest 10-14 days steep time.

A fried apple cider cake doughnut. At least 1 week steep, best after 2. Personally mixed at 80vg/20pg. Don't be afraid of CAP Funnel Cake! It can serve a purpose

A Mango Lassi that I have been working on. Based on a recipe from reddit that I have adjusted flavoring on and added FA Cardamom! 1 drop per 15ml. Add more to your liking.

Named after a very close friend that loved Mellow Mango from Paramount Vapor. Sometimes less is more, and with just these 2 flavors you get a nice mango with just a bit of cream. You can try adding TPA Sweetener but it's pretty good by itself. Allow 3-4 days to steep.

1 week steep: I had meant to buy INW Grape ever since Grack Juice got released but I forgot about it. This recipe definitely made it worth it. I waited a week just to give the VBIC some time and man is this good. I've seen FA Joy used as a cone-type flavoring before and it does a great job in this recipe as well. I would definitely recommend this if you want to try a traditional profile with an excellent twist. It is indeed......DANK

If I had a go to profile that I could probably vape the rest of my life, it would probably be an apple/cinnamon combo. It was one of the first profiles that really hooked me when I started vaping and nothing has changed. /u/ID10-T 's recipe is absolutely delicious, and I'm glad I finally got around to mixing it. Not everybody like's the taste of Dragonfruit, but man it really makes Apple/Cinnamon Combo's sing, and this recipe is no different. It's sitting in my U-Well Fancier right now and I can't get enough of it.

Sometimes it's the simplest recipes that are the best, and this is a damn good snickerdoodle cookie.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 4 years ago
5 out of 7, perfect score. Also this frosting base is delicious!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 4 years ago
This is a fantastic recipe that I am thoroughly enjoying. The bitterness and the sweetness combined with the fruit is a powerful combination.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
This is light enough that you could definitely enjoy this throughout the spring and summer, but the graham cracker clear, meringue, and sugar cookie give the bakery notes that I enjoy in my day-to-day vaping. I would highly recommend this one.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 4 years ago
To be honest I wanted to mix this because this recipe has to be the most flavoring I have ever seen. That with what I read on Reddit it seemed promising. This is definitely a fantastic fruity/cotton candy recipe and I definitely recommend it. Personally I liked it best after a 5-day steep.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 4 years ago
Great recipe. Made 60ml and I plan on making more. I definitely agree that it's best after a week or so.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 4 Entered: over 4 years ago
The Creme Brulee flavor is definitely distinct, a slightly burnt/carmelized custard flavor which is quite great if you like that sort of thing. The Blood Orange makes for a great accent too!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
I'm surprised this recipe never got reviewed because this is absolutely delicious. The use LB Belgian Waffle and Cap Sugar cookie make for a dynamite tart base and the filling is a delicious symphony of fruity and creamy. I would definitely recommend this.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
I didn't have JF Cookie so I subbed for FA at 1:1. After a 9 day steep I have to say this is amazing. I definitely need to get JF Cookie to see if that unlocks its true potential!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 4 years ago
A fantastic and delicious Chocolate Mint milkshake. I hope you guys dig it!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 4 years ago
Well worth the wait! I wish I had made more than 60ml.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 4 years ago
10 days steep, OBS Engine with dual-core fused claptons at .28 ohms, 55 watts/3.9 volts. This is definitely a keeper, a very creamy gingerbread vape and that hint of maple syrup at the end is killer. The ice cream is there but, at least in my opinion, is more in the background. Definitely give this a try.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 4 years ago
A tastey and perfectly acceptable strawberry doughnut. Definitely worth a mix if you like strawberry.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
Steeped: 14 days. Dual 7-wrap dual-core fused claptons 0.21 ohms in Kylin RTA. I've personally not had Taruto but after seeing the flavor profile I was intrigued and saw this suggested in the Taruto Reddit thread in diy_ejuice. This recipe is absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys a great desert vape.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 4 years ago
Kylin RTA with dual fused clapton 36/26 0.25 ohms 50 watts. This is an amazing recipe. So glad I made 60ml instead of the usual 30. Definitely making more!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 2 years ago
I like how something so simple is also so effective as a recipe. Absolutely delicious! Well done mlNikon
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
Soda recipes can be difficult, but this one was amazing! Definitely worth a try if you want something soda-like and love root beer.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
I never thought of using TPA Toasted Marshmallow as a main note. A delicious marshmallow recipe!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
Honestly I wish I had a better way to describe this, but I really enjoyed this recipe. It's a great chocolate cheesecake recipe and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
Tried this after about a 10-day steep. This is a delicious and buttery Hazelnut receipe. I definitely plan to make more!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
Steep Days: 7 Dual 7-wrap dual-core fused claptons 0.21 ohms in Kylin RTA. This has been a great recipe to enjoy. The Honey Roasted peanuts make for a great "Crunch" flavor in this recipe and makes a delicious vape.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
Steep: 21 days. Kylin RTA w/ 36/26 dual-core fused claptons. 0.25ohms at 60 watts. If you let this sit for a bit longer than what you recommend the Soho comes out a bit more (Custard as well) and makes for an absolutely delicious recipe. CAP Cereal 27 for the corn note was a genius idea and I thoroughly enjoyed this, even if I have never had Turkish Maze myself.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
I can completely agree with ID10-T's review here, this is a simple and very delicious recipe. All of his notes are completely accurate.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
I never really thought to use Rice Crunchies as a cereal base but I'll have to say I'm pretty impressed with this recipe. FW Lemon Meringue Pie is a great idea for a lemon note because it's really sweet and doesn't offer the lemon Pledge kind of taste that other cereal flavors come with. I definitely recommend this one.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
Steep: 7 days. Kylin RTA w/ 36/26 dual-core fused claptons. 0.25ohms at 55 watts. Pink Starburst is my absolute favorite one, and in all the time I never considered that it had a bit of a watermelon note. This recipe is absolutely delicious and is a great representation of one of my favorite candies. Great job!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
With 2 of my favorite DFS flavors in this recipe I had a feeling this was going to be a winner, and I was definitely right. After a 2-week steep this simple recipe is absolutely delicious. The RY4 backed with INW Creme Brulee seems to make a delicious RY4 combo, and when combined with Holy Vanilla and INW's Custard it makes for a delicious and creamy RY4 experience. Great recipe OP!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 3 years ago
This is simply delicious. It's like hard cider and vanilla pudding had a baby. As an apple cinnamon fan, this seriously hits the spot.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
I made this forever ago and just forgot to leave a review for it. If you like nut-flavored e-liquids I would definitely give this a try. Absolutely delicious!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
I have been really digging it. The VT Creaming Soda\Fizzy Sherbet combo really does bring out an effervescence for that sort of soda mouth feel. This is definitely a great soda float without root beer, or maybe you can just toss in some FLV Root Beer for a bangin float as well.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
Steep: 10 days. Kylin RTA. 36/26 dual-core fused claptons. 0.25 ohms at 55 watts. This recipe is truly cookie incarnate, absolutely delicious. The only thing I did differently was I didn't have FLV Sweetness so I dropped it.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
The addition of FW Cake Battar Dip is something I never considered using in a milk base for a cereal recipe. This is definitely delicious and worth a try!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
I actually forgot to try this when it hit the 5-day mark as the recipe suggested and didn't get around to it until a couple of days ago (about 3 weeks now). This cheesecake is definitely different from the one's I've tried and not in a bad way. The use of CAP Caramel V1 to add that bit of buttery texture at the end has been very nice, and CAP NY Cheesecake/Cap Custard v1 always taste great after a long steep. Personally I can't really detect the Graham Cracker Clear in this but maybe that's because I let it steep too long and the creams took over. Nonetheless this is a worthy edition to your mix list if you like cheesecake.

I've been dabbling with FLV Fig myself and seeing this made me want to try out Fig Fresh. I have to say that I enjoy the flavor but like what wh1skeyk1ng said it's really the texture that makes this recipe. It's smooth, creamy, and the fig really just brings it all together in my opinion. Thanks for sharing this!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
Positively delicious. I'm so glad a buddy of mine gave me some FA Custard Premium because I've wanted to try it in a recipe. This recipe is RICH, but not in an overly sweet/tons of sucralose kind of way, more like one of those deserts you get to treat yourself every once in a while. At first the spice notes seemed a little high but after my cotton broke in it was a great accent to the rest of the recipe. Thanks for posting this, it was a truly enjoyable experience.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
I have to say you really nailed the buttermilk flavor on this. It's absolutely delicious and it's recipes like this that I'm always glad I make a 60ml just in case. I definitely look forward to mixing this again. Thanks for sharing it!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
I have to agree with Freshepies on this one, this has to be the closest representation that I have ever had to the original. It was a nice bit of nostalgia as this was one of the first e-liquids I tried when I started vaping. Excellent work.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
I got around to trying this about about a week's steep. It's delicious! You weren't kidding about FE Sweet Rice/FLV wheat being a Cheerios-stone, and with the Honeycomb it makes for a great honey nut cheerios flavor. Altogether this is a tasty cereal bar and I would recommend it.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
I have really liked Tootall's use of TPA Rice Crunchies as part of a cereal base, it really helps give that slightly starchy note that you would get from this fruity pebble type of cereal. I loved Rubble Rock and this one was really great too. If you dig cereals give this a shot!
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
Kylin RTA. 7 wraps 3mm 36/26 fused 2-core claptons 0.25 ohms. Steep time: 7 days. I didn't get a chance to vape this after a day like I wanted to, but when I did get to it I definitely enjoyed it. This is my first recipe trying a rhubarb flavor and honestly I think it's the secret weapon of the whole recipe. It just accents everything else so well. The CAP CDS did seem strong at first but after finishing the 1st 5ml or so you get used to it, but I can see how you would recommend the cinnamon sensitive to reduce it to 1.5-2%. For those interested in trying something that is original and delicious I would definitely pick this one up.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
This was absolutely delicious. Using FA Apple Pie to back CAP Apple Snacks was a great idea and really made this recipe. To anyone looking at this recipe wanting 100% Apple Jacks. Give this a mix
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
The best way to describe this recipe is a custard symphony. It is truly an absolutely delicious custard recipe. Keep in mind that FA Marzipan is NOT an acceptable sub for FA. The cherry off-note from FA kind of dulls the rest of what this recipe has to offer in my personal experience. If you're patient with steep times, I'd highly recommend this one.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
When ID10-T said that DX Peanut Butter was one of the best I thought he was crazy, and then I tried this recipe. I've tried TFA regular, FLV, and LA's PB and they were all decent in their own way, but I think TFA's Dx Peanut Butter might be my new favorite. If you're into slightly boozy vapes this is definitely worth a try.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: about 3 years ago
This was a pleasant surprise! Normally I worry about the "burnt popcorn" taste that a lot of coffee recipes can provide but this one is pretty dang tastey. An excellent representation of an iced coffee.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
This is a spot on cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing and it was definitely worth the wait. If you're not leary about sucralose or FW Yellow Cake, give this a mix.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
I actually didn't get around to trying this after about a 10-day steep, and I'm glad I did because it is absolutely delicious. FA Breakfast Cereals really came out of left field for me in the bar base and it really makes the recipe. Fantastic job buddy! I'll definitely mix this again sometime.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: almost 3 years ago
I kind of have a love/hate relationship with CAP Cereal 27. The cereal part itself is great but depending on what it's mixed with the corn flake flavor is way too forward. Using FLV Cinnamon Crunch in this recipe was a genius idea and is a straight knockout combo with Cereal 27. To anyone just looking for a damn good Cinnamon Toast Crunch recipe, mix this up.
User: MrZigglesworth Score: 5 Entered: over 2 years ago
This was definitely a treat to try. I agree with Seakow that if you are patient everything blends together really nice after about 2+ weeks. The maple tones down, the fruits settle in and blend with what is already an amazing custard. Mix this up and leave in a drawer for a while, I promise you will enjoy it.
