This is my take on a pistachio tobacco flavor. I let mine steep for about a month.
TFA- Vanilla Custard - I only used this because I ordered a 4oz bottle on accident. It would probably be leagues better with CAP vanilla custard V1. If you use V2 idk what to tell you I don't use it.
WF- Vanilla Ruyan Custard - The main Tobacco note here. I started off by grabbing some to add to my regular vanilla custard at .25%. It's a very rich creamy tobacco.
INW- Yes, We Cheesecake - This is used here to pair with the custard. You can use CAP New York Cheesecake at 2.5% and Some INW Biscuit at .25% instead if you don't have this.
TFA- Pistachio - My personal favorite pistachio. All of the others are too dry to use for this recipe. I suppose you could use pistachio cream at around 1.25% instead if you do not have tfa.
VT- Butterscotch - Personally I do not like caramel so I use butterscotch instead. You can sub your favorite caramel or I would have used FW butterscotch ripple at 2%.
INW- 7Leaves - Used here to boost that tobacco note slightly.
FLV- Popcorn - Used here for its butter notes.
Also you don't have to add any additional sweetners or additives they are only there because that is how I personally like to vape them. You can sub the EM for FLV cotton candy at the same percentage. If you use CAP vanilla custard V1 don't use vanillin you don't need it.
STEEP TIME- I steep all of my custard for a max of 30 days if I can. Give yours about a week and you should be good.
Cap Crunchy Frosted Cookie - This brings softness to the recipe, helps with the crust, and has a little strawberry frosting back-note. This extract is fairly weak so you have to use this kind of high like liquid barn extracts.
INW Shortbread Cookie- I wanted to use this because it is new and there are a lot of rhubarb tarts that use a shortbread base. This extract is not as dark as INW biscuit but if you go to high with shortbread it appears to take on a popcorn like quality. The initial smell of this smells almost like FLV popcorn. You can replace this with inw biscuit at the same percentage and achieve similar results.
FLV Rhubarb- This is the only realistic rhubarb in my opinion. WF is basically raspberry, VT is basically sour mush, INW is way too green and vegetale. I have never used this higher than .4 and I do not recommend you go any higher. Even after a 14 day steep the rhubarb still has that sour root flavor right on top where you want it.
FA Red Touch/CAP Sweet Strawberry - I wanted a strong alcohol based strawberry that can withstand a decent steep without too much fading so I used Red Touch at 4% at first this will kind of be muted but after a steep it comes out better. Sweet strawberry is used here just to add some of the other strawberry notes that I enjoy with my strawberry vapes. These go really well with the rhubarb but feel free to use your favorite strawberry combination.
Contains almost all of the new Flavor Art extracts if you want to test a bunch all at once it's based off of this ----- http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/236336/D%27ohnuts%20clone
Pretty good like 4 days in but there is a shit load of alcohol in Vienna Cream and probably all of these so give it like two weeks.
Just taking this off of private

EDIT: I didn't know you could add flavors that aren't on alltheflavors yet so welcome WF Oats & Cream
WF Oats and Cream- Honestly the star of the show here. A very great oatmeal note in my opinion.
FLV Cookie Dough- To me this taste like spot on oatmeal raisin cookie dough batter minus the raisins. Gets super weird above 2% Using this here to emulate chewiness in the cookie.
TPA Oatmeal Cookie- This has all the spice and that's really it. I only use it at 2.5% here for its dry and spicy notes.
LB Vanilla Ice Cream- The other main note, buttery and thick all the up at 5% the longer this one steeps the better.
INW biscuit- Used here at .75% for the buttery cookie notes to give complexity to the cookie.
HS French Vanilla Ice Cream- A really awesome addition to any ice cream extract. Super malty so I used it low to keep it from becoming a milkshake.
Note: if anyone knows a good raisin please let me know.
