My take on a tangy ginger ale. I haven't made this in a while and actually forgot it's one of my solid classic recipes.
My boyfriend's favorite. He loves pastries/sweets and I make him this all the time.
Another of my roommate's favorites that I also LOVE. Not sure where he got it but he said he got it online.
My roommate's recipe. Originally had 6% lemon but his notes say it "gets weird after a few days" so I tried toning down the lemon a bit and added another .5% strawberry.
I ran out of HS Mango and Peach but I have these so ya know when life gives ya lemons make lemonade (or, uh sweet tea).
Edit on 1/6/19: found the original too tart/a bit heavy on the cactus for the first few days. Trying to add more sweet notes.
Continuously tweaking this. Any suggestions to balance this out are welcome.
What it says on the tin. Took a while to get the ideal percentages but I like where it is now.
A stand-in for Pina Colada I made before I had any pineapple concentrate. Turned out this flavor is BOMB though.
This is one of my go-to's. It's very sweet and tangy.
