Really great Lemon Custard filled cookie. CAP Sugar Cookie is clearly acting as the cookie base, with FA cookie as some support to give it texture. CAP Vanilla Custard and CAP Butter Cream make the custard with Lemon Sicily as the main lemon in the mix. Meringue gives it this nice sweet almost powdered sugar-like finish.
