A fancy pear jelly bean.
A fairly simple one. The pears are all here for a reason and without all of them the recipe was really lacking. The Cotton Candy Jelly Bean turns this into what it is. A touch of super sweet, because it's candy. The anise is here just to add a little depth to the flavor without actually bringing much of an anise flavor, don't fear the anise! I think it's necessary to make this one work as it does.
