Here in Brazil we have a popular bakery called Sonho (dream), sold by every bakery store. Some say it is a german bakery, and came to Brazil by the portuguese hands. It's a fluffy dough, first baked then fried, filled with a thick custard layer then sugar powdered. It's a almost a donut, but less heavy and more creamy.

This is my flavor-accessible version to replicate this delicious bakery to the vapour.

The recipe: Zeppola FA is the main flavor for fried dough. Biscuit INW for some texture and some dark tone. Bavarian Cream FW is delicious and pairs perfectly to the dough. Added some French Vanilla CAP for more vanilla and fluffyness. Glazed Doughnut WF bring more texture and some glaze to emulate the powdered sugar. SS CAP high to make all the stuff shine.
