CV Strawberry Cream (Simple Mix)

Have you ever tried a Strawberry and Cream recipe only to be disappointed because it seems there is no cream? In my opinion (maybe not others) a strawberry and cream should have the cream as the front end player and the strawberry lingering in the background. I have tried many strawberry and cream recipes and more times than not, the cream is just not enough for me. Seems like they all taste like strawberry with a small hint of cream. This recipe was designed to remedy that situation by making the cream come more forward.

This started as a 3-2-1 mix, then I realized that Vienna Cream (FA) might get a little too funky at 2% so I lowered it to 1.25% and it was perfect.

The Bavarian Cream (JF) and the Vienna Cream (FA) make a wonderful combination for an extremely forward cream with great mouthfeel while the Ultimate Strawberry (JF) is really one of the best stand alone strawberries now available to us mixers.

If you like other fruits, you can shoot almost anything at this to replace the strawberry. Just be careful with your percentage as to not kill the cream! Some suggestions would be:

Blueberry (FW) @ 0.75% Blood Orange (FLV) @ 1.0% Shisha Raspberry (INW) @ 1.25% Lemon (FE) @ 1.25% Cherries (INW) @ 1.25%

IMPORTANT! Please note that this is meant to be a shake and vape recipe. If you plan on letting it steep for a week or more, you may want to increase the percentage of fruit a touch so it does not fade completely away. Most of the suggestions above can be increased 0.25% or so to keep them from getting lost after a steep.
