Here's my attempt to remix a popular cactus recipe from Noms X2. I spent a lot of time and effort to get it where I liked it, and I think you will too. Since completing this recipe, I've made LOADS of it for my friends. It's was my ADV for months, and I keep returning to it. Great in boros, even better in a dripper. 100% SNV certified, 100% commercial, and 100% SOAKING WET.
If the 3% cactus worries you, feel free to cut it down to 1.5% as I'm no super taster, and cactus just doesn't punch me like many others.
