Come on!!! Have a "Cookie-On-Me!! Here we have a Golden-baked to a delicate crisp with the sweetness of a unique fruit combo - simply scrumptious. Perfect for vaping! This cookie recipe is a celebration of a cookie's fundamentals - a real kick ass cookie made with flavors I enjoy. Take pleasure in the simplicity of a cookie well-crafted and mixed. This is inspired by Pepperidge Farm Verona Cookies. It is a delicious shortbread, thumbprint-type cookie. I find myself constantly debating to get either Strawberry or Apricot/Raspberry. Screw it! I purchased both and mixed them only to realize that I needed to eliminate the raspberry. I love Apricot mixed with Strawberry! I have written to the company many times to make a "Strawberry/Apricot Verona Cookie. Enjoy!!
