Sammie's (Butterscotch Ice Cream) is a delightfully smooth generous scoop of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between graham cracker cookies and dipped in warm gooey butterscotch.
For the cookie note I used 3% TFA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) and 1% INW Biscuit. I really like what the biscuit does to make the Graham a little bit more of a convincing cookie. Adding to the crumb and giving it some buttery goodness.
LB Vanilla Ice Cream is the perfect Ice Cream in here at 5%. I've added 3% of the legendary TFA Vanilla Swirl to really bolster that fragrant vanilla note.
Last is the butterscotch. FW Butterscotch Ripple is such a good butterscotch. It's warm and gooey and I really want to bury my face in it.
