I Was so excited by Yes, We cheesecake. Tragically I'm hyper sensitive to buytric acid. What would be a good alternative. Even if I need to mix a few ingredients to replace that one. Is there a good base or trinity that can come close to yes we cheescake. Thx. love your work. I'm thinking about just supping a custard or pudding because the recipe just sounds delightful i really want to use it with something. This is the ABSOLUTE PERFECT CHEESECAKE!!! If your a cheesecake flavor profile lover than this is for you! Delicious, right from go! Could be used for a great base for any style topping or flavor combination you choose... Great job! 👍👍

This mix is extremely authentic. I used FW graham cracker bc I’m biased and also dumb (I swear it said FW before I dumped it in there lol) I also added 2% cap sweet strawberry and 1% ooo strawberry jam for a strawberry topping. Thanks developed you are the bomb!

I mixed this up with the addition of Madegasgar Bourbon Vanilla 1.5% TPA and Red Cherry (Molinberry) 3.0%, using GC Homogenizer. Very Rich full flavored, yet not too sweet. The Cherry is not overwhelming and there is a very nice vanilla supporting flavor. Wonderful! Almost leaves a maraschino cherry taste in my tongue long after the exhale! Great base!

Amazing. I use this as a base to add 3% FE lemon and 1.5% FA lemon Sicily, then leave it for a week or 2. Absolutely delicious lemon cheesecake 😋

Like the title says, its a perfect cheesecake. I tried adding some stuff, didn't have too much luck. I tried with VT chocolate mousse at 2%, it was aight. I probably just suck. But this stuff is amazing as is. No off notes, and the flavor/texture is spot on.

Not much to say except that this is another great recipe from you guys . Definitely one of the best cheesecake mixes i've tried . I need to do another mix with some fruit added . Not sure what yet , but possibly Blackcurrant or Raspberry .

Been renovating my house for six months and my girl gave birth to our daughter on New Year’s Day. Been so busy I haven’t mixed anything in quite a while. Decided I needed to get back on the saddle and spotted this gem. Inawera Yes, we cheesecake is a great flavor, but the FW Yogurt is that indulgence flavor that works so well in these types of profiles. Really sets this off. Tried a second batch with WF Lemon squares and a touch of FE Lemon. Lemon cheesecake from the Real was always my favorite industry liquid and I was pissed they moved on to the NKTR line and discontinued it. I feel I’m close enough to scratch that itch with this recipe. Great job guys.

Realistic, simple yet deep and cheesy cheesecake! As Max said it's becomes more interesting with FA Bourbon Vanilla @ 1.5%. Nothing more to say here - the best Cheesecake base I have tried. Well done!
